Highly, highly recommend! This was absolutely the best hotel we stayed at during our half-month trip in Xinjiang. It was such a cozy and comfortable retreat, and incredible value for money. The hotel has a huge courtyard with beautiful lawns and flowers, and even a lovely little calf. It's fantastic for photos! What really stood out was their tri-color cat – so gentle, friendly, and gorgeous. She's incredibly well-behaved, and just gave birth to the cutest kittens a couple of days ago. The hotel rooms are super spacious with excellent amenities, including an 'Xiao Du' smart system and a mini-fridge, making our stay very comfortable. The view from the window was absolutely stunning – highly recommend! Most importantly, the hotel hostess was truly amazing. We had booked a twin room, but she upgraded us to a triple room. Before we even arrived, she contacted us to share important tips for visiting the scenic area. She also picked us up from the station when we got off the bus. Once we were at the hotel, she brought us a ton of snacks, drinks, and a huge platter of watermelon, which was incredibly thoughtful. Friends traveling to Kanas, if you have the chance, you absolutely must stay at this hotel!

The homestay booked this time really didn't step on the thunder and was very satisfied. The first feeling when I entered the door was clean and hygienic, and the bedding and bathroom were spotless. Live comfortably, the service is also intimate, will come again next time!

The hotel is about a hundred meters from the scenic bus drop off point and also near the Hemu Bridge. They host responds quickly and patiently and treats the guest like a family and will recommend you to some good places to eat and cool activities. The rooms are clean and nice. The best thing have a golden retriever that can happily guide you to the sunrise view deck which is very amazing. The coffee shop in front is very cozy and the staff are kind. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend this if you’re visiting Hemu.

It was a split-level room, ensuring high privacy, and came fully equipped with all necessary toiletries and 24-hour hot water, making for a very comfortable stay. I had looked at many guesthouses in Hemu and selected this one because it was affordably priced and boasted a beautiful setting. My stay here absolutely confirmed it was a great choice. The owner and all the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, practically granting every request. The restaurant's food was very good, catering well to mainland Chinese palates, and the dining environment was also very pleasant. This is definitely a place I would choose to stay at again on my next visit to Hemu.

The room faces the Populus euphratica forest with snow-capped mountains behind it – the location is absolutely fantastic! The underfloor heating plus electric heating makes it a complete contrast to the cold outdoors, like a world of difference. The owner is very thoughtful, providing full guidance throughout our trip, which greatly enhanced our experience. This trip was definitely worth it!

Amazing hostel! Located conveniently. Yes on the pricier side but that is just the norm in Hemu village. For that price you get a great coffeeshop thats part of the hostel with some of the best staff I’ve met on my travels that gives a real sense of community and home. Always friendly and extremely helpful. The owner is also involved and shows genuine care for the operation, guests and staff. As close to a perfect hostel experience as you can get! Highly recommend this to all looking for a place to sleep in Hemu village or when visiting the ski resort.

I wanted to watch CCTV live on the TV, but the operation was too complicated, so I gave up. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but you can go to another hotel nearby for breakfast, which is open to the public. If you walk a few more minutes, there's also a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering noodles and stir-fries at reasonable prices. About 500 meters away are the Grand Bazaar and a dining center with many shops. You can take the free No. 2 express bus near the hotel, but be aware that the stops for going and coming back are different, so don't get confused.

All the facilities were quite new and worked perfectly. Its close proximity to the scenic area made our trip very convenient, enjoyable, and relaxing.
