GGuest UserThe room is very warm inside, but hard to find. In a building with more than ten floors, the entire building should be rented out like this. Others have signs on the elevator entrance and security booth on the first floor, but this one It didn’t fail, especially when my daughter and I got off the train navigation downstairs at ten o’clock in the evening. There were no lights around and it was very dark. The two of us almost ran away. At that time, I was really afraid that we had fallen into a scam by bad people. Fortunately, we went to the security guard to ask. After getting an overview of the situation, we called the store and we moved in with some trepidation. It must have been renovated and the equipment was very complete, including a kitchen, refrigerator, and washing machine.

QQunyanThe inn is not far from the Crocodile Mountain Service Center, about seven or eight minutes away, where you can choose to take scenic buses to different combinations of scenic spots, which is very convenient. The inn has a kitchen for guests to use, and more conveniently, the only vegetable selling point on the island is right next to it. The proprietress of the inn is from Baoding and is very enthusiastic. She not only helped us design tour routes and contact transportation, but also picked us up from the pier for free.

The boss is very nice. The homestay is very clean. It has a refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner, pots and pans, and a large balcony. The price-performance ratio is very high. I will come again next time

LLawcchThis homestay hotel is an excellent choice for me and other travellers who like to explore Weizhou island. Mr Lin is the owner who ensures the guests feel welcomed and comfortable staying. He is a kind and generous guy who takes effort and time to send me to the scenic areas because he cares for his guest's safety as I don't really know the places and traffic conditions in the island. The location of this homestay is about 1.5 km away from the island passenger jetty and hawker stalls. He also provides scenic areas of island exploration tips. He even waited for me to pick up from and drop off at the passenger jetty when I arrived and departed the island. The hygiene or cleanliness of the room and toilet is top level. I highly recommend to all travellers to stay at this homestay which offers the best value for money.

EEdmund GerardIt’s a perfect spot for visiting Beihai. You get amazing value for money. Quality room and a lot of space too , as well as a great location close to shops and railway station. Beach isn’t close but it’s easy to reach with DiDi. No issues with getting around town either. Great power shower, good a/c , bed is comfy, and the soundproofing works!
A negative is SMOKING! Even though it’s covered in no smoking signs it still happens. Rooms can fill with smell of next door smoking or some ignoramus walking along the corridor puffing away. It’s an issue for most hotels due to the high number of smokers in China, but if they enforced fines consistently then maybe it would stop more doing it. Having said that , I still use City Comfort because the POSITIVES massively outweigh that single negative.
No frills. Just delivers on quality at a value price with good staff.

GGuest UserWe stayed for two nights and the dishes cooked by the chef were so delicious. We went to the seafood market to buy seafood and had it processed at the B&B. We ate at the B&B for three days. He took us to buy seafood with favorable prices and good quality. We all praised the taste. Before leaving, he also packed two servings of salt and pepper mantis shrimps. The processing fees were also clearly marked. The beautiful lady at the front desk was very friendly, answered all my questions, and was also very familiar with the island's projects and transportation. Except for the small bathroom in the room, everything else is fine. There is also free pick-up and drop-off service to the pier.

Hygiene: Very clean
Environment: There is a banana tree at the door, and there is no obstruction. The location is very good and not far from the beach.

GGuest UserThis time I came to Beihai Yintan to play, it was really right to choose this Yuexiang into the homestay!
The location is particularly convenient, just a few minutes walk to Silver Beach, it is super comfortable to lie down when you are tired. The homestay is warm and simple, the lobby is spacious and bright, there is a projection and a leisure area, and it is especially relaxing to have tea and chat with friends here. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and I slept refreshed.
The boss is also very enthusiastic, will take the initiative to recommend local food and play routes to us, and also provide free parking. It’s no problem to bring pets, this is really intimate!
The price is super high, I will choose here next time I come to Beihai!

位置挺好，周邊吃飯的地方不少！也不貴。離老街不遠！老闆很隨和，房屋不可以，畢競價位不高，可以接受，太挑剃的就不要來了！畢竟沒有十全十美又很便宜的地方！！！再去北海有機會還會住那裡！
