GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is convenient, close to the airport and Park & Fly. However, the hotel is in need of better maintenance. Many of the furnishings look old and worn out. The cleanliness was very disappointing—the bed, desk chair, and bathroom were not clean and did not seem properly prepared for guests. We booked the room for four people (two adults and two children), but there were not enough towels provided for everyone. Overall, the location is good, but the cleanliness and upkeep need significant improvement.

MMatthewComfortable and quiet. Late check-in was no problem with good communication from host. I unfortunately arrived late and left early and didn’t get a chance to speak with anyone! (Oh well maybe next time.) Plenty of on street parking, good residential neighborhood close to York area as indicated. I would stay again. Don’t expect a 5 star experience and you won’t be disappointed. Perfect for my needs.

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby and room were very clean and offered great amenities, including a microwave, hot water, and complimentary tea and coffee. The complimentary breakfast was also quite good, with a variety of options such as different types of bagels, muffins, spreads, and juices. Additionally, both concierges were extremely friendly and helpful, assisting us with luggage storage, modifying breakfast options, and more. The service was excellent overall, and I would highly recommend this hotel!

GGuest UserIf you are looking for a clean comfortable bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen very close to everything at a reasonable price, this is the place to be. It's not the Ritz by any stretch of the imagination, but it does the job.
The check-in staff was courteous and helpful.
Next time I am in Toronto, I will definitely book at the Dragon Gate Inn.
