It is very large (3150 sq ft) and great for groups large and small. Upstairs, you’ll find all four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with our super fun game room. You will sleep comfortably on our new memory foam mattresses. Downstairs you will find the kitchen, family room, dining room, mudroom, laundry room, half bath, and office with sleeper sofa. Sit on the patio and enjoy the beautiful backyard, which backs up to a canal with lots of ducks and mature trees. (There is a 5 ft view fence for safety with no direct access to the water from the house). You can cook on our BBQ grill and pick herbs and vegetables from the garden. Park your car in the extra deep 2 car garage (third car is not accessible to guests).Guest accessGuests will have access to the entire house except for the third car garage, pantry, and closet under the stairs.Other things to noteCheck in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am.
