The room was next to the garbage station, which caused the smell of the garbage to smell in the living room. It felt very bad. The door lock is a bit difficult to open, the room lighting is a bit dark, the lights sometimes flash, the small room is not air-conditioned, a bit stuffy. Overall, it is OK, but I don't think about staying again.

Location is good! I got house keeping once in 5 nights. My friend`s room got no house keeping in 5 nights. Staffs are friendly. Price is reasonable.

The hotel kettle and toaster is a little bit dirty, and the still has some cigarette butts at the balcony.But the space is pretty big so maybe not bad overall.

Very good hotel, walking distance to restaurants and Woolworths supermarket and Queen street shopping mall. Can easy walk to central station as well as bus terminal. Highly recommended

Acceptable location - not too far from city centre and Central train station (10-15 min walk) at acceptable price. Kind and nice staff. Also thanks for the great view from the balcony of my room at 7/F.

The location of the hotel is very easy to find, only ten minutes' walk to Queen Street. The room has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which are easy to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils for cooking.

A two-bedroom suite booked by a family of three. The room is on the second floor. Each room has a bathroom, a living room, an open kitchen and simple kitchen utensils. The apartment has nine floors in total. This loft room is on the ninth floor, and there is an open-air space on the second floor. swimming pool. The location is very good. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the river. You can take a free kitty cat tour. You can reach the botanical garden in about twenty minutes. It's also a ten-minute walk to the City Hall (City Hall).

BboswesIt is an elegant hotel and the front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Bertz for helping us out on transportation around Brisbane city. The hotel room was designed beautifully with the gold and white colour tone. It’s also quite spacious and well-cleaned by housekeeping.

AAnonymous UserThe room rate is cheap. I booked a cheaper hotel because I had to get up early to catch the flight. The only drawback was that I was given a disabled room on the lower floor. I had to get up early the next day so I didn't ask for a room change. The floor was high and I could smell the fumes from the restaurant downstairs. I recommend booking a room on a higher floor.

AAnonymous UserLocated across from the Roma St Parklands and a 10 - 15 minute walk into the city. We were impressed with the special deal on offer by Trip.com which had many inclusions. Check in was smooth and our room ready for early access! Our room was compact and clean - lacking balcony furniture though. Good view to the parklands.
We had car parking, meal vouchers, welcome drinks, and buffet breakfast included so we're able to sample the meals. Breakfast offered a good range of choices and we could request dietary needs. There were a couple of functions happening the night of our stay and we unfortunately had some rather loud, boisterous and intoxicated guests staying next door to us which woke us a couple of times.
Overall an enjoyable experience and we'd definitely consider staying again if Bonus extras were on offer.

GGuest UserI originally booked this hotel because of an unexpected trip, but I didn't expect the hotel environment to be so beautiful. The overall style is European retro, and the elevator is designed with the appearance of an old-fashioned elevator. The location of the hotel is also good, close to the train station and the pedestrian street, and the TV in the room is equipped with Apple TV😆

VVentraseeThis hotel has a good location. Approximately 3 minute walk from tarin station. We booked the high floor balcony room for a night stay and it was good! The view from the balcony is fantastic. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The staff are great and accommodating. The shower has good pressure. The shower hose is too high, good for tall people. However, the parking area is terrible. Overall, it is great!
