Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay Resort and Spa

Didn't do much research beforehand, just booked a pre-sale package on a whim, and it turned out to be unexpectedly good in every aspect – facilities, service, food, and even the travel photography! It perfectly fit the bill for a staycation. The travel photography was also surprisingly excellent; the photographer was great at creating a fun atmosphere. It's very suitable for families with kids and seniors: you can dig in the sand and walk along the beach, and there are activities for children to participate in. Dining is also convenient, as it's very close to Haitang 68 Food Street. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful and practically able to handle anything we needed. I just asked where the microwave was so I could warm up some baby food, and to my surprise, they brought a microwave directly to our room! I was so touched!

I was looking for a hotel near Haitang Bay for a while and finally decided on the Grand Hyatt. The public areas are beautiful, and as soon as I arrived, a butler assisted me with check-in and showed me to my room. Our butler, MAX, was very diligent and responsible, and he was able to resolve any issues promptly. It's also very close to the beach, and the room size is quite generous, which is great.
