They won't admit the fridges are all broken, but all of the fridges in the hotel are warm and won't make your food / beverages cold. The hotel is in dire need of an upgrade, and they need to replace the fridges.

Some comments say that you can't sit on it. I specifically looked for a place to sit, but it is not easy to find. 5. The room is very large, the bathroom is very large, the facilities are average, and the TV is very small, about 40 inches (not quite accurate). The carpet is a geometric pattern, which is very dazzling. I personally don't like it. It depends on the person! The room is not well lit. There is a very weird table lamp on the table. The beds are incredibly soft and comfortable. The staff is generally kind and helpful, except for the restaurant staff, who seemed not very cultured. The hotel hosts a lot of businessmen and wedding parties, so you have a few guys smoking at in the hall at night, but it's not a big problem. The rooms are quite big so the noise doesn't carry very far.

The hotel is from the era where they used marble tiles in the bathrooms and heavy quality wood furniture which is pretty charming. Bed was very comfortable and staff were generally helpful altho a couple of the reception staff were quite brusque, also they spoke really fast in an accent I couldn't always understand. I think they should be more mindful of visitors from abroad. The most helpful and courteous member of staff was the bellhop. The hotel claims to be non-smoking which is a joke cuz my room reeked of cigarette smoke and I told the staff so when she brought me there but she just said oh they've already turned down the room. Since I stayed for only 1 night, I didn't make a fuss. But non-smoking rooms are generally a joke in China, there is no enforcement and smokers have no consideration for others. Non-smokers in this country have no rights.
