The holiday was amazing in this hotel, and all of this was thanks to the animation team, the fantastic atmosphere, the dancing, and the music. Many thanks to the entire animation team.🩷🩷

What an absolute s**t hole , as a tunisian I'm very disappointed, customer service 0 , organisation 0 , management 0, everything about that hotel is terrible the food was horrendous, entertainment shocking honestly you might see the water slides and think that looks nice like I did. Honestly big mistake . U pay all that money and then u turn up and there is 200 plus day uses waiting to go on the slides so ur in a queue for ages not worth it.

This is very dirty hotel,all inclusive meens room without fridge ,safe,tv remote or towels for all of your family ac that never work long line for food drinks or cofee .This hotel is not even 2* hotel only positive is the animation team (simba,tito alvarez,mido)To ask a fee for fridge 15 dinars or safe 4 or for tv remote or ac remote 20 dinars is outrages. Even they have tactic for bar and the food line on purpose the staff work extremly slow in order to save the food and drinks. Terribly expirience.

The hotel is truly wonderful. The food was delicious. The ladies who cleaned the rooms kept them clean every day. There are many activities organized by the animators for both children and adults. And every night there different shows that make the ambiance really amazing, and the animation team is totally adorable , the animation boss is friendly with all and speak many languages which make it easy for everyone and when we need help we reqch him immediately. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The weather was also warm and we could really enjoy it . Im happy that i came here and will not regret about this experience and i will repeat it again in the future.

The best entertainment I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful entertainment during my stay at Hotel Thalassa Aqua Splash in Sousse. The activities and performances were not only fun but really added to the overall experience. pool aqua park and entertainment staff were the best midou and staff work hard all day. food very much same edible typical all-inclusive rooms are basic but did get cleaned most days. a tip goes a long way here

Good vacation and the Hotel is very good. Animation Team was sympathic and the food was good. Good Place for Family and Friends.

The pool and aqua park are fantastic, and the beach is absolutely beautiful with lovely white sand and clear water. The food was okay, but what really stood out was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff—particularly the animation team. We really enjoyed the aqua gym, dance class, water polo, and mini golf. Special shout-out to Midou—the best dancer! 😊

Pools and slides good but in the main massive pool I could only find one set of steps to get in and out of and being a lone older female with a child I struggled to haul myself out ,also poolside tables were never cleaned in the 11 nights we were there , poolside is like the room we were in very dated and needing tlc ,beds were very old and uncomfortable ,poolside bar very limited ,food and drinks also basic ,staff on the whole very pleasant and helpful apart from one very sullen girl on inside bar 😓reception staff also find theirselves inundated with complaining guests

Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I stayed at this hotel and had a very poor experience. The reception staff seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. When you ask a question, they either ignore you or look straight through you. It took over three hours just to get a room sorted when we first arrived. And once we finally got into the room, there were so many problems I can't even list them all here – see the photos below for just some of the issues. The indoor pool wasn't working. The gym was closed. The tennis court was unusable. The mini golf course was also out of order. In general, the whole resort felt run down and neglected. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn't go back.

I like everything in this hôtel it was a wonderful experience i like the animation team the most and the pool is so clen and big even the room and the restaurant the food is very delicious everything is excellent

Nice place and food. I love this place everxthing was great I love everyone of the team animation and the show tonight was wonderfull. I like the pool is very big and clean. I so liky to be there.

The Hotel and the pool is great The food is very interesting And the people here are veryyyy nice, i love it :) The Bar is also great, and the rooms too

Pool is very good clean and with good temperaturę, i like food here and service is good and animation was wonderful im so happy to be in this hotel with my family everything here is very good i'm really like this place and i will come Back here every year
