Saye Konak Hotel ' Kaleiçi&Oldtown' Reviews

We stayed for almost a week at the end of March in a 2-bedroom apartment. An amazing place that exceeded all our expectations. The huge sun terrace overlooking the sea and high wooden ceilings are worth every euro spent! 2 spacious bedrooms and a huge kitchen-living room. The kitchen has everything for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine and dishwasher. There are also enough different dishes for all occasions. The apartment is very clean. And what’s very nice is that you can see the care for the guests in the little things. Very beautiful pictures on the walls - paintings and graphics. There are a large number of restaurants and cafes around the house, and the nearest large supermarket is about 10 minutes on foot. Ideal location. To the port, to Hadrian's Gate, to the tram stop - everything is literally 5 minutes on foot. We will definitely come back here again! Among the possible disadvantages for people (this did not bother us at all) - 1. It can be a little noisy on the street in the evening, but at exactly 12 at night everything turns off, and except for parrots, no one else makes any loud sounds 2. Quite a steep wooden staircase to the apartment.

The location is great. The staff are very nice and helped us a lot.

Great place in the old town. Nice guys at the reception, they checked in the other two rooms first because ours was occupied. The next day we were moved from a regular room to the floor of a two-story house. Everything was great, but the prices went up a lot.

The location is good. You can walk to the center and the old town harbor as well as all restaurants, bars and mini markets. The taxi rank is also very close. The rooms are relatively small, but that is due to the buildings. It's usually the same in the other hotels in the old town. The room facing the street is very noisy. The windows are not soundproof. Try to get a garden view room. In December the room was very cold. You can heat with the air conditioning. But then it gets stuffy because the room is cold. We didn't have breakfast. That's why I can't rate the quality. As an alternative, check out Hotels 1207 and Mono. They definitely looked better from the outside.

We had a great stay here. Clean rooms, great location. Helpful and friendly staff. It was a great stay. We found all what we need. Well equipped. Great location in old district, in heart of Kaleici. Guests can stay here with peace Thank you so much. We will come back ...

Cozy small hotel in kaleici. Walking distance to Hadrian’s gate and marina. Very close to pubs and cafés and restaurants in the old city.We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which is away from the reception area. Apartment is a bit dated but clean and spacious. Has a small kitchen with a fridge and microwave and cooktop. They do not stock any tea or coffee satchets , but happily and promptly provided tea bags on request.Apartment has a washing machine which is very useful and they provide liquid detergent. Ironing board and drying rack for laundry.Air conditioning works well. Bathroom shower cubicle a bit cramped and stocked with shower gel and shampoo. The staff of this family run hotel especially Yunus are amazing. They are very quick with their responses and very attentive to ensure the guest’s have a comfortable stay. Yunus ensured that every request was taken care off whether it was for a safe or an extra blanket all done with a smiling face. Would definitely recommend this hotel for their revive and location.

Lovely small hotel in Old Town Antalya. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely 2 bedroom apartment situated just round the corner from the main hotel building. The hotel is very close to lots of bars and restaurants and ideally placed for exploring Antalya.

Maalesef yaşadığımız tatsız bir durumdan dolayı tatil planını iptal ettik, başka bir tarihe erteleme veya kısmı bir iade olur mu düşüncesi ile Saye oteli aradığımda hiç de nazik olmayan çok da anlayışsız bir tavır ile karşılaştım, bu yaklaşım tam bir hayal kırıklığı. Müşteri ile bu tavırda konuşulması açık bir iletişim zaafiyetini gösteriyor. Asla bir daha rezervasyon yapmayacağım bir tesis.

Small hotel in the old town of Antalya, convenient for getting around the center, quite crazy to get there by car. The reception area is small but welcoming, even if the swimming pool that seems to be visible in the photos is actually not there, or rather it is a small tub. The room would also have been well furnished with a certain retro taste .. but for 4 people it was tiny, you could hardly move and even the beds were rather small. Good breakfast

Séjour du 6 au 15 novembre 2023 Avons payé 690€...ce qui est différent de 52 €multiplié par 9...222€ plus cher. Le réceptionniste a profité de notre désarroi,suite à une erreur de réservation à l'hôtel la Paloma.Salle de bain mal éclairée, pas de lumière suffisante pour lire dans la chambre.Petit déjeuner moyen.pas de piscine,ni de coffre en chambre.Miroir de l'évier non éclairé... Douche impeccable.Point positif bien situé, literie propre.

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Altstadt, das Hadrianstor und der Basar können zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten erreicht werden. Das Frühstück ist wirklich gut und reichhaltig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Balkon gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt (85€/Nacht. Als wir das Zimmer gesehen haben wären wir wieder abgereist wenn wir unser Geld zurück bekommen hätten. Der Besitzer war nicht erreichbar und das Personal konnte keine Entscheidung treffen.Das Zimmer war winzig klein und sehr laut da es ebenerdig direkt an der Straße lag. Man konnte wirklich jeden Fußgänger und natürlich jedes Fahrzeug hören da die einfach verglasten Fenster auch nicht richtig zu schliessen waren. Im Bad hingen Teile der Lampe von der Decke, der Wasserhahn funktionirte nicht richtig und aus der Dusche kam so wenig Wasser daß es kaum möglich war richtig zu duschen. Beim Frühstück laufen drei große Hunde frei herum die mühelos mit der Nase auf die Tische schauen können, die waren nicht wirklich aufdringlich aber gestört hat es schon. Der Pool liegt im Eingangsbereich des Hotels ist winzig und darin haben vermutlich noch nicht viele freiwillig gebadet. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich bis auf den Besitzer, der hat uns nach dem Vorfall mit dem Zimmer nicht mehr beachtet und auch nicht mehr gegrüßt. Unser Zimmer hatte diie Nummer 202, dieses Zimmer auf gar keinen Fall buchen.

Отель отлично расположен в центре Калеичи, имеет большой внутренний двор, откуда вы попадаете в номера. Очень приветливый хозяин, прекрасно говорящий по-английски. Теперь что касается номера. Когда хозяин нам открыл дверь в него, мы были, мягко говоря, в шоке: как будто нас завели в тёмную каморку (реально номер был под лестницей). Номер просто мизерный (умеют хозяева делать фотки на сайтах, на фото он не кажется таким маленьким), вокруг кровати может обойти только один человек, и то боком и согнув голову, чтобы не сшибить висящий на стене телевизор (показывающий ровно один турецкий канал!). В номере столько углов, что проблема разместить даже небольшой чемодан. Окна выходят на оживлённую улочку, по которой ходят люди и ездят машины, нижний этаж совсем на земле, поэтому люди ходят прямо за окном. В санузле тоже большое окно, и когда вы сидите на унитазе, вас видно с улицы, если не закрыть занавеску. Но окно является единственной вентиляцией, поэтому либо вы сидите одним местом на улицу, либо у вас нет вентиляции. Из-за нижнего этажа и расположения окон в номере ОЧЕНЬ темно! Приходилось краситься, открыв дверь на улицу, иначе ничего не видно вообще. Кстати, возле каждой входной двери есть столик со стульями, как бы свой мини-дворик. По поводу входной двери - под ней огромная щель, да и вокруг двери по периметру тоже, откуда ясно, что в холодное время года там наверняка холод и сквозняки (если в мае в жару в номере было довольно прохладно, а в санузле вообще холодно принимать душ). Вообще мы встречали отзывы о том, что дверь держится на соплях,- полностью согласны! Замок одно название, её можно открыть, просто надавив плечом. По поводу чистоты номера - вот с этим всё идеально! Очень чисто (и это скрашивало наше пребывание в тёмной каморке). Выводы: ради пребывания в старом городе и в старинном доме с внутренним двориком можно потерпеть некоторые минусы, но жить долго или зимой здесь невозможно. И ещё собаки: огромные лохматые псы, которых прикармливают хозяева, постоянно лежащие либо перед входом в отель, либо прямо в лобби (там же, где люди завтракают). Это обстоятельство тоже надо учитывать.
