v nice downtown hotel with superb location. however, it seems not possible to have quiet room available due to traffic around.

This Shangri-La Hotel is obviously a small hotel of the Shangri-La Group, and it can hardly be said to have a lobby. The front desk is in the semi-basement. The lobby on the first floor does not have the usual style of Shangri-La hotels in China or Hong Kong. But it is a very cost-effective hotel in America. Most hotels in America are old and expensive. New hotels are expensive except for being new. But the service atmosphere of the hotel has obviously deviated from the warm and characteristic atmosphere of Asia. Flowers were bought at a supermarket opposite the hotel. There are some Chinese restaurants in downtown Vancouver nearby, which are OK.

The hotel is located in the best location in downtown Vancouver. It feels a bit old overall, but the atmosphere is still good. The view of the suite we booked is very good, and my favorite part is the attached balcony.

The hotel service is very good, considering the needs of Chinese guests. Although it is located in Downtown, it is far away from the homeless gathering area and the public security situation is very good.

The room is nice, with slippers, Chinese style, very suitable for Chinese people to live in, no different from China. The location is very good, in the city center, just a short walk to Stanley Park, next to restaurants, luxury goods street, very cool!
