It's a 10-minute walk from the train station, with many supermarkets around and bus/subway stations nearby. It's a good hotel. There's a Vietnamese restaurant across the road, which was good for two days.

The hotel's hardware is too old, especially there is no air conditioning. Although the temperature is not very high, it is very stuffy and difficult to fall asleep without air conditioning! Finally, I asked the front desk for an old-fashioned fan to barely persevere.

Clean and tidy, high comfort

The facilities and services are very good. The parking fee is cheap and convenient. It is 200 meters away from the pedestrian street and just over 1,000 meters away from the old street. It is a suitable choice for people who like beer.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is possible to reach the airport by a single bus. You can reach the important places of the city by walking in maximum 20 minutes. The room given to us was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that there were no slippers. This simple thing greatly reduces the time you spend in the room and the comfort in the bathroom. In addition, it is a bit ironic that slippers are not provided in the sauna when there is an obligation to enter the sauna. Thank you very much to the employees.

Upon checking in at 2:30 PM, we were horrified to discover our room felt like a freezer—all windows were wide open in -3°C weather, the radiators were off, and the space was utterly frigid. To make matters worse, the room was visibly dirty (especially the bathtub, which had stains and grime), the bedside lamp was broken, and the bed was uncomfortably stiff with only a thin summer blanket provided—completely inadequate for the freezing temperatures. Unable to tolerate the cold, we left the room and waited hours, hoping it would warm up. By 11 PM, with no improvement, I requested an extra blanket at reception. The staff member responded with inexplicable rudeness, asking intrusive questions before dismissively agreeing to help. After waiting 40 minutes, no blanket arrived. I returned twice more, enduring another 15-minute wait and a final 5-minute standoff, only to receive two blankets over an hour later. The entire night was unbearable. The icy room, filthy bathroom (which made showering unthinkable), and lack of basic comfort turned what should have been a restful stay into a sleepless nightmare. The hotel’s neglect is staggering—it feels abandoned, mismanaged, and staffed by indifferent personnel. Avoid this place at all costs. I’ve never encountered such appalling service or conditions in any accommodation, ever.

This is one of those “take it if you get a good deal” Places. It’s well located close to subway and tram stops and good cheap joints for lunch or breakfast. Its decor is dated but perfectly serviceable. Service was fine. We got a decent price, so were happy enough.

A clean room but a horrible dirty bathroom. The toilet seat was broken and not fixed when we asked. There was mould in the bath tiles. The shower glass would not stay in place so water all over the floor. The first morning we were awoken at 0730 with loud drilling noises. Went in for 90 minutes. The staff didn’t seem to care at all about the issues.

Hotel was small and fairly basic, reception and bar area was small also , we were in a three bed room which was a good size, room had everything we needed beds and pillows were very comfortable, house keeping cleaned the rooms every day,bedding and towels were also renewed every day,reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was in a very central position and within a short walking distance to town and shops, I would definitely stay here again

The hotel has a great entrance hall. In my opinion, this is no longer a 4 star hotel. Room is OK. Bathroom is old and impractically built. I specifically booked a larger room. In this larger room there was only a small round table with no chairs, so useless space for the extra charge. Even the window in Eminem's room was broken. This could not be 100% closed. Breakfast was OK. There wasn't much - but it was enough for what I had for breakfast. The bottom line is that it still worked and you can't say anything for the price. 83€ per night including breakfast (15€?).

It is not my habit to write negative reviews, but in this case I cannot help but do so. The only positive note is the location of the hotel in the city center, otherwise it needs, given the declared level, a total overhaul. The atrium on the 7th floor, where my room was, had two drapes next to a mirror that covered as best they could some old masonry work, as if they had been placed to cover a job that was not finished but not planned in its completion. The room, decidedly small, featured an unusual queen-size bed placed at an angle against a wall, probably to make the most of the limited space, with just enough bed linen supplied. The lack of an environmental thermostat and consequently of an air conditioning system is inconceivable. The classic telephone is absent to communicate with the reception, which forces you to use your mobile phone in case of need (the nice thing is that there is the usual instruction leaflet where the telephone is mentioned) Next to the television (with dirty remote control ), three sockets of which the antenna is fixed in place as best as possible and one without any protection: practically the electrical wires are in plain sight! There is an empty mini bar (with reduced availability of drinks in front of the reception) but not working. I notice that even in the bathroom the electrical socket/switch is fixed in a false manner next to the mirror. I reported both the uncovered socket issue and the non-functioning minibar to the reception, but nothing happened, especially for the uncovered socket, I don't think putting insulating tape to protect it would have cost much! The classic safe always present in all business hotels is also absent. If we add to all this the sum of €350.00 paid for one night, during the international fair, it seems frankly exaggerated for the quality of this hotel.

Hotel in decline. No maintenance to the rooms, major drainage problems in the bathrooms. Superficiality in cleaning. Despite the reports, no one took action and not even a room change was proposed. It certainly cannot be called a 4 star.

The staff was super friendly. Very nice service. The hotel is close to the city, you can reach everything on foot. The hotel is perfect for a short city break. We have felt very comfortable here.
