Spacious and clean rooms, good value for money, was easy to deliver food through apps to your room, so we didn’t pay for breakfast.

Hotel is located next to the Charles de Gaulle airport, they also have a shuttle bus service. A lot of travellers are staying there. I was there for business and they have a private parking lot which was convenient. Location is quiet an nice. Rooms are very spacious, old style but very elegant. They have a huge lobby, spa, fitness and pool area. Breakfazt was ok, but there is something for everyone. They also have a nice outdoor terrasse and nice bar with restaurant with a nice menu.

The customer service was the worse I have ever seen in any hotel, reception desk was rude and ignorant and not willing to help or explain , on top of that the air-con in room didn’t work and they didn’t care !

Good hotel but wifi was down. Needed wifi for my stay so that ******

I had to pay €150 as a security deposit, which Trip.com never mentioned anywhere. However, the hotel receptionist showed me that they had mentioned this security deposit on all other platforms like ***********. Apart from that, the hotel staff were really nice to us and explained the security deposit process. They also refunded the deposit upon our check-out. I think this hotel needs renovation as their AC is not working properly, and the carpet is really old. However, it was fine for my two-day trip.

You are a fraud. I booked a room, paid $83, and they did not let a tourist into the hotel. The staff was talking to us with irony, where you want to complain. Get your money back. The money is not returned, of course, cancellation does not respond. I will write everywhere that you are scammers.

Unable to cancel deposit!! Desk people are lost

The hotel means whats is to be meant. They hold an antique furniture which we think it's nice. The WIFI provided is completely the worst possible! I have read some complaints about it but I thought it could be a punctual problem. But its not, it belongs to the hotel. They don't provide an acceptable internet(which nowadays it's essential) service, so consider to have a sim card before. The staff are friendly, the cleanliness are good and the breakfast you can find typical french food with excellent breads, croissants and cheeses. The room is well comfortable and silent, we had an excellent night sleep after a long trip. One point that in my opinion must be improved is the shuttle service, the last shuttle to the airport departs at 1045h local time, if you lose this time you get to pay them 10EUR to go to CDG. Many others hotels in the same are offer almost a 24h shuttle service. The neighborhood is amazing, you can find very cozy restaurants and mini markets.

The first day we arrived we got treated with total disrespect,we paid for our rooms via trip.com , we had our conformation number that we had our rooms and they were fully paid for, but we got total disrespect from your staff trying to make us par twice, the other thing was the room was disgraceful, no lights in the ceiling just lamps, then we could not watch anything on the tv, no english what so ever, to top it all off we could not have showers, we contacted the desk asking them if the hot water was working and their rude answer was just no, i will never come back to this place ever, totally a disgrace including their staff i also will say that soon as i get home to Australia i will be posting verry bad reviews to all Australian’s urging them never to stay here. So there you go,

Super accessible to the airport, and good place to stay! Quite worth the amount.
