"excellent service, all the staffs are kind and helpful! the room is clean, the corridor is clean, bright and aesthetic with not too much deco. i'm just a bit unsatisfied with the pool because it's a bit dirty, many bugs in the water, and it doesn't cold enough. the food for breakfast was ok, not too many choices but still good because of their taste. i will recommend this hotel for those who need short transit from the airport because it's near."

"Rekomended hotel yg kids friendly bgt.. kaget bgt pas nginep disini semua staffnya ramah2 poll. Mulai dari satpam di depan lobby sampe semua petugas yg di dalam. Petugas yg jaga di area mini zoo juga ramah bgt kids friendly! Lokasinya strategis banget. Kalo malem buanyakk bgt yg jualan makanan jadi gak perlu bingung. Ini tuh kaya ada di kawasan elit gitu sih menurutku. Walaupun jalananya agak sedikit macet tapi gak kecewa sama sekali selama nginap disini. Ahhh pokoknya mau lagi sih nanti nginap disini lagi. Anakku seneng banget sampe gamau diajak pulang 😅 bismillah semoga dikasih rezeki lagi untuk bisa balik nginap disini lagi.. terimakasih fortuna grande pokoknya best banget pelayanannya🥰"

"Gedung baru, dibangun est 2020 design kamar, interior kamar, lobby & resto modern dan unik minus di slot parkir (kalau full harus valley) dan resto breakfast (waiting list saat kemarin high season) makanan bfast overall ok, cukup lengkap swimming pool di lt.11 ada sauna juga dan lokasi sebelahan dengan bar ada barang kami ketinggalan dan staff hotel bantu kirim kerumah melaui jne dengan sistem COD👍 thank u PORTA"

"First time stayed in this hotel, Security greet us very well and help us alot. Check in only takes 5 minutes and not so long for wait our room ready. The first impression of the room was very tidy and cleaned but when I entrance the toilet i found the bidet not flush verg well, so there’s a tissue. First day breakfast was amazing and we loves the menu but the next day when I took Vegetable dish from the buffet I found a small warm. They didn’t have Gym yet, but the service was great. I used whatsapp to ask some requestion because there wasn’t any telephone in the room."

"The room was very clean. Amenities were provided adequately, could ask the front desk for basic amenities for no additional charge. Breakfast was good. TV had many channels. Bedding was clean. Only criticism, the water on the shower hose could be stronger and bigger flow. Thank you Atrium for the stay."

"staffs were nice, warm, and helpful. clean room and facilities all around. welcome drinks provided at rooftop bar. location wise, close to plaza ambarrukmo and old airport but not so close to city centre."

"Room was okay but not very okay because trip.com purchase through 3rd party tiket.com and did not pass the room we choose non-smoking, so we ended up with room for a smoker and same level for all room for smoking. Hotel did a good gesture after we make a call to Mr. Bagus to solve this matter as hotel was full house to make sure our room comfortable, the housekeeping did change our sheet, and everything in bed also spray our room with perfume to make smoke odor gone. I was hopeless actually because the 3rd party was tiket.com local travel agent online which wasn't reliable like traveloka they are the same. But trip.com already apologize for the mistake and offer us as gesture a goodwill for their mistake, so I won't take any further action or complain as the hotel management already tried their best solved our problem. Thank you. I hope this never happen again in the future, they need double check and make sure their agreement with 3rd party is gone through very well and no mistake happen again"
