With Unlimited snacks and drinks with 24 hr service at lobby. Don't worry when you travel with large luggage it has an elevator to comfort you. Good and helpful staffs."

Love how clean and well maintained the hotel is and especially love the location - so many food options at Haji Lane area will definitely stay a 3rd time if the opportunity comes!"

"Convenient location with easy access to public transportation. Hawkers, restaurants and market close by. A popular dessert place was across the street that we went to a few times, highly recommended. The room was smaller than we expected but ok for a couple. The MRT must run below the hotel because we can hear and feel the vibrations every 10 minutes when the train would go by. The washroom was quite small and required you to step up into it. Although there was an elevator, there were steps throughout the hotel and room, so could be inconvenient for some."

"My wife and two children have a two-room apartment for the Spring Festival holiday. The hotel is upgraded to three rooms for free. Very good accommodation experience. Suitable for big family vacation. The location is quiet. A few minutes walk is the Orchard Road Commercial Street, and the subway and public transportation are very convenient. There are too many choices in Shaw and Ion underground within 5 minutes of walking out to eat, from Bak Kut Teh Hainanese Chicken Rice to Spicy Hot Pot. There is also a supermarket downstairs in Shaw, life is very convenient. The kitchen is very large, with a full set of kitchen utensils and utensils, but unfortunately we were so busy playing around and didn't open the fire ourselves. Also awesome was the washer dryer. The children in the swimming pool really like it. The staff are also amazing, and the drinks and snacks in the fridge are free. My wife posted a photo of the hotel to Moments. Several friends are asking for the name of the hotel when they plan to go on vacation in Singapore."

"Good for solo travellers, easy to socialize with other travellers, the bed is clean, you also have a locker at your bed, the breakfast is also nice, very helpful and friendly staffs, close to the mrt station. But the common facility is not very clean to me, especially the toilets. It’s still good if you’re traveling on a budget and just stay for a few nights."

"The location is great near downtown line rochor station and Little india. Many food places are nearby. The hotel room is small and comfortable for single or couples. There is a pool at the 4th floor. Yes, the toilet is very small and can get wet easily as there is only a shower curtain. Found a slight stain on the sheet. Overall pleasant stay and value for money."

"I won’t say this hotel is an ideal stay for long period, perhaps a short one. Unlike many other hotels you could ask for extra shampoo , shower gel etc but nope this hotel is only limited to 1 per room , tried asking for extra since theres me and my wife using the same small shampoo they provide ! Cleanliness wise theres a few mould on the ceiling top not sure about the other rooms but yeah its like this for my loft room ! Other than that location is good and probably thats the only good things to talk about , its like a 5 minute walk to bendemeer MRT station , lots of malls nearby , foods , restaurants too!"

"The Raffles Singapore is a one of a kind experience with no comparison. We stayed for 8 days/7 nights, it felt very much like a home. The buildings are beautifully and tastfully decorated. The rooms are beautiful with a mix of modern and colonial style. Even the standard room is a suite with a separated parlour which has its own controls for lights and ac. The staff are excellent and always ready to help. We had issues arise and talked to management and they listened and corrected the issues in a timely manner. We had a tasting experience meal at the grand lobby on the first night, dinner and at Le Dame Du Pic and drinks at the Writers Bar. The selection of bars and eateries have you covered for any taste you want, we didn't manage to try all the hotel has to offer as Singapore has such a great food scene in the hawker centres. It's location is excellent nestled between key tourist areas in Singapore and easy access to the metro at the City Hall station"

"First Time Staying in a Serviced Apartment – A Pleasant Surprise! This was my first time booking a serviced apartment, and I was genuinely surprised by how it compared to a traditional hotel room. The space was larger than expected, and the setup felt like a home away from home. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was even able to get an early check-in, which was a great plus. The apartment was clean and cozy, consisting of a living room connected to a mini kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. I was impressed by how well-equipped the room was, featuring a washing machine with detergent, a dishwasher, a sink with cleaning supplies, a fridge and freezer, a coffee machine, a hot water dispenser, and a full set of kitchenware—including knives, forks, spoons, cups, glasses, plates, and bowls. There were so many amenities that I didn’t even get to use them all! The bathroom was equally well-equipped, and I absolutely loved the rain shower—I enjoyed it so much that I didn’t want to step out. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable, with a soft bed and plush pillows. I fell asleep almost instantly. Another great feature was that the TVs supported AirPlay and Chromecast, making it easy to stream content regardless of my phone’s operating system. For breakfast, I dined at Kith Café on both mornings. The food was delicious, and I appreciated that the spread was different each day. If you’d like eggs, just ask the staff about the ”eggs of the day.” Overall, my two-night stay was one of the best I’ve ever had. The experience was well worth the price, and I would definitely return if I get the chance."
