The room was clean and tidy, and breakfast was plentiful. Facilities: A bit dated and not equipped with smart control systems. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: The lobby has a nice fountain. My only minor suggestion is about the welcome yogurt: for a family room, only one was provided. It would be more appropriate to offer three, just like bottled water.

While the in-room facilities are average, the value for money is truly unbeatable, making it a highly recommended stay. I had a fantastic overall experience. If you're looking for a place to stay, it's definitely worth considering. Overall, it's very good and absolutely worth booking. The only downsides are that the rooms are a bit small, and it can feel a little pricey.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining at nearby malls. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided thoughtful service. A unique Xinjiang touch was the San Pao Tai tea ceremony in the lobby, and we were even treated to complimentary fruit, dried fruit, and yogurt. The breakfast was also very generous. It was an extremely satisfying stay, and I'm already planning to return in August, choosing Runchang Hotel again!

STAY AWAY from this hotel! I stayed here with my elderly parents and kids, and the experience was unbelievably bad. We simply asked for a few extra bottles of mineral water, and they actually told us they'd charge for anything over four 500ml bottles?! I've stayed in countless hotels, both domestically and internationally, and I've never encountered such a penny-pinching policy. It's already challenging enough traveling with seniors and young children, so to be so miserly about basic drinking water is absolutely infuriating. Attention to detail reveals true service, and with this kind of attitude, I honestly don't recommend anyone come here to be frustrated. When you're on vacation, you want peace of mind. Be sure to choose your hotel wisely – don't let this place spoil your trip!

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. They even have a robot delivery service for takeout, which was a really thoughtful touch. The parking lot is spacious, and the hotel is conveniently located right across from Wanda Plaza.

The hotel's newly renovated rooms were a bit on the smaller side, but we appreciated the welcome fruit, and the room itself was well-appointed. The location is excellent, right opposite Wanda Plaza, with a wide array of amenities nearby for convenience.

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. The cleanliness was abysmal. There were yellow stains on the pillowcases, and the actual pillows themselves were disgusting to look at. I asked a staff member to replace them, but it took ages for them to bring replacements, only for me to discover they had just changed the pillowcases.

This hotel is conveniently located very close to Wanda Plaza. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and the service is excellent. They even provide complimentary fruits, yogurt, and other treats daily. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful, making it very easy to get invoices and detailed receipts for my stay, especially when booking through Ctrip. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room facilities are complete, the curtains are all electric switches, and there is an automatic flush toilet. The hotel is clean and tidy. The hotel environment is good, and the hotel has its own parking lot, which is convenient for parking. The hotel waiters have a good attitude and sent fruits. The breakfast has a rich variety. Due to a wedding banquet, the standard room we booked was no longer available, so the front desk staff changed it to a family room, which has breakfast. The staff said there was no breakfast. I hope you can be more careful in the future to avoid misunderstandings!

The room is shabby, there is no floor heating, the hot water is slow, the aunt knocked on the door, no one answered, she just opened the door and came in, it was scary
