Everything was excellent. Beautiful grounds, nicely decorated room, good food, and most of all top service. Recommended without hesitation!

Lovely setting, friendly service and good food. The rooms need a bit of renovation or a gentle touch to make them cozier. Something to be done to get rid of the mosquitoes in the room!

The hotel went above and beyond for us when we stayed here. We were visiting family in Vientiane and unfortunately our two children were ill and admitted to hospital just before our return flight home. The hotel staff were so kind and accommodating, even allowing us to have a very late check out on our day of eventual departure. We will definitely be back again.

Nice hotel, very charming. Like an oasis of lush green in the city. The staff were very friendly and competent. Location is not central, but as we like walking and exploring, this hotel was perfect about a 30 minute walk to most places sometimes less. In any case it is only a very short taxi ride to anywhere. Breakfast was good. No complaints about the hotel and if we come to Vientiane again, we would definitely stay here again.

Services are excellent. Nice traditional architecture with good amenities. Staff were all friendly. We had to catch a train in early morning after the second night and requested a box of sandwiches to go. Staff happily packed two boxes. It is a place that we would stay again when we have a chance to visit Vientiane next time.

An oasis in Vientiane!

Traditional Lao hotel withr modern facilities. Lovely swimming pool. Great n variety of breakfast menu. Near bust station n walking distance from several modern shopping mall. Staff very polite n well trained.

The hotel is amazing! It is beautiful and the service is impeccable. The outdoor area is very green and gives a classic Lao feeling. I highly recommend!

Wifi is little bit slow but it is ok, overall is amazing!

Great hotel, beautiful setting with a very authentic Laos feel. The staff have been amazing, from reception to chef, and speaking of chef the food is incredible. The service we received was second to none, every member of staff being polite, professional and most importantly extremely attentive and helpful. Although the Spa was closed arrangements were made with a wonderful Spa nearby. If you are travelling to Vientiane I whole heartedly recommend this hotel. Wonderful.
