The room cleanliness is good. Mattress is comfortable and not too soft. Only need to travel a distance from car park then access to the floor 36 which is the lobby.

Boutique hotel in a big office building. Bath tub and bed were both amazing. Had a great sleep and restful baths. The breakfast was so so but I had a good stay. Service was good. Excellent location. Would stay again.

We loved the look and location of the hotel and the views of here breathtaking, the only negative comment I have is that it did not have air con, have never been in a 5 star hotel without aircon and it was so hot during the night. Otherwise I can not stop praising this hotel and recommend it to anyone that want to be close to a good mall the subway and the park.

I don't know why, but the room was upgraded as it's different from what i was shown. It's spacious, cosy and the bird eye view was spectacular. The room has a huge TV soft and comfy queen bed, jacuzzi, separate toilet and bathroom. What was even cooler was the robot that delivered our water when we requested for extra bottles. Breakfast was continental and yummy! I really would love to relive the experience in the nearest future.

Take Metro Line 1 from Exit 7 of Civic Center Station to go to Nanchan Temple, Nanchang Street and Lihu in Wuxi. Quite convenient! Big rooms with good view , all necessary amenities. Breakfast was good but mainly Chinese .

The room floor wasn’t so clean. Loved the robot service. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. I’d probably come back and recommend it to friends.
