This hotel was AMAZING in every way!! They allowed us to check in 6 hours early at no extra cost. ❤️❤️ Very clean and quiet in the rooms, even though there’s a busy street outside. Very good breakfast with a great view. 10 minutes walk from the main Kadikoy area.

We used this place as a stopover in between two Istanbul airports. The location is super convenient, near the metro and boats. Room was qute spacious and warm. There was a kettle and water. Two minor things: the electric cord of the hairdrier looked very unsafe. I was afraid to get an electric shock. And in the evening there was a strong food smell from the outside - kitchen probably. But otherwise, a nice hotel, we will be back.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels so far, I have never seen a hotel as awful and disgraceful as this one. I would not stay in this hotel again even if they paid me extra.

The location and the services were excellent. Loved the view of the waterfront from the room. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Excellent location and nice facilities

All I can say is great and honest staff the hotel was good but in the wrong location for me as I booked by mistake they was very helpful

We had breakfast on the balcony upstairs, where the view was great.

I am Japanese. The facilities are certainly old, but the service was very pleasant. The room is carefully cleaned, and the beds are made and the towels are changed properly. And above all, I am very happy that the staff at the front desk and the staff at the breakfast venue are always smiling. There is a hair dryer, towels, soap, hangers, and indoor slippers. The soap is probably for hand washing, and there is no other shampoo or body soap. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the venue had a great view. I would like to use it again.

All the staff were friendly and smiling. I had a pleasant stay and felt at ease. The location was convenient as it was close to the subway, buses, and ferry terminal. The only downside was that the walls were thin and I could hear the people next door. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Very exquisite room, the store is well-maintained, if you have a large space requirement, you can skip it, the sound insulation is not that good, the service is very enthusiastic, the rooftop sea view is good

The location of the breakfast venue was good and it was easy to get to.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. It is right next to the Kadıköy pier and 25 minutes away from Sabiha Gökçen by Havabus (for the night. During the day, the journey can take up to 1 hour). We decided to stay here again the next time we go to Istanbul. The hotel's breakfast and view were also nice. I thank the staff.

I booked a single room, and the front desk upgraded it to a triple room, which was a good review. The room gave me the feeling that I had to open the window (otherwise it was stuffy), but it was very noisy when the window was opened, so I can't give it a high score
