The room space is quite limited, I can't even open luggage on floor. I request a quiet room in advance and they still assign my room with facing the main road. I request to change room on the next day, the reception seem not understood English, he provide us the the opposite of my initial room and request 400baht as upgrading fees.. (I mention to him, I don't need upgrade, just arrange us the room with the other side)

A small betagen as welcome drinks, comfort room and such spacious toilet, few steps to Terminal 21 mall, looking forward for next stay in 2025.

Feeling safe staying in this hotel..the usual hotel I would go for everytime in Bangkok.The front officer were friendly,lovely room with Netflix & the location was good.Basic amenities were not provided in the bathroom such like toothbrushes.Hence please bring your own or you may get them on nearby 7-11.They are also massage parlour along the street of the hotel which is nice.

It's one of the best hotel experience I have ever had in Bangkok. The location is very close to Asok BTS station and the Sukhumvit Metro station. The staff here are very friendly and the service is great! In addition, the price is a great deal! I love this place and will definitely visit it again!

Location is very good. Just 5 minutes walk to Terminal 21. Room is okay, but no window might be something that need to be taken into account.

The overall service of the hotel is good. The customer service staff are fluent in English and have no problem answering questions. The massage next door is great and you can get a 10% discount. I massaged every day. It's no problem to open two suitcases in the room👍

The room was very small, the table was very small, the kettle and cups had to be put in the closet, so they had to be moved under the bed. There was no bedside lamp, and the plugs could not be used because the small round oar could not be moved away. The bed was very high and it was very inconvenient to get on and off. The biggest problem was that when getting out of bed in the morning, there was moisture on the bedside and I slipped, which was dangerous! After notifying the hotel, they provided towels to absorb moisture on the ground, but the towels were very slippery when stepped on. When I returned to the hotel at 5 o'clock after going out, there was still moisture on the floor of the room. The hotel arranged to change rooms. After the change, the room was normal, the bed was at a normal height, there was no moisture on the floor, there was a bedside lamp, and the water bottle and cups did not need to be placed in the cabinet.

It was conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Asoke Station. I stayed here during the Christmas period, and received a Christmas present on 12/25. Thank you. The gift was a tuk-tuk ornament. Both of the card keys had poor contact, so I had to try multiple times to get into the room, but other than that it was good value for money and I was satisfied.

It's really close to Sukhumvit and Asoke stations, and it's a good place to stay because you can walk to the gathering place when going on a half-day tour like the floating market. In particular, the staff at the front desk are really friendly :) However, the room is small and dark, so it feels like a motel, and it's humid because the room doesn't have a window. (I went in December, the dry season, and it was more humid than outside.) The street food around here isn't very clean, but it was really delicious... 🥹
