I recently had the privilege of staying at this hotel, and I must commend the exceptional service rendered by Jossce from the guest services department. From the moment I arrived, Jossce's attention to detail and thoughtful gestures made my stay truly enjoyable. He kindly arranged for a room upgrade and even extended my check-out time, which was a thoughtful touch that added greatly to my comfort. The room itself was impeccable, with a spacious layout and a stunning large bathtub positioned by the window, offering a relaxing soak with a view. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall ambiance exuded a serene atmosphere conducive to rest and rejuvenation. In summary, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of delightful, largely due to Jossce's outstanding service and the room's exquisite features. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay.

Premium location. The hotel is located in the heart of Shenzhen . Cool staff , very welcoming , Got an upgrade from the with a wonderful large room and bathtub with a splendid view of the city 🌆. Enjoyed the stay , the breakfast and the meetings I had at this facility .

We stayed on July 14, 2024. The receptionist was friendly and was able to upgrade us since we checked in late around 9:30 pm. I think her name was Lu. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was delicious!

Really loved this hotel. Can't be more thankful about the superb service by all the staff in this hotel from helping with luggage storage to parcel delivery to facilitating room changes. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, shower was just right. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked.a room with lounge access. This room was upgraded which was much appreciated - we had a living room with a captivating view of the city. Throughout the service was excellent. The food was delightful. The evening band in the foyer was good to watch - a great piano player who had a distinct liking of Michael Jackson. From the building we we able to see many wonderful sites starting with Times Square and finishing in bar street. A great evening.

Situated at the CBD of SZ, The Ritz Carlton provided us with a remarkable memory for our celebration for anniversary & happy birthday. Special thanks go to professional staff including Annie Fu, Erick Lu, Kylie, Molly, Mark, Jimmy, Mandy, Fiona, ... etc,,who took care of our stay. The cheerful day started from the “birthday cakes rain” in WeChat from Annie😄 Facilitated by her, the room was upgraded to a spacious room with interior celebration decoration as well as the stunning view of the CBD. The room setting was comfortable and the services at the club lounge on 26/F was excellent! We love the bathtub with LED TV by the window. Through the relaxing but cool staycation, we enjoyed 5 meals at the Club lounge on and a buffet breakfast on 2/F. We got great time too at the pool, sauna, & gym room, and surprisingly got a tasting cocktail at the lobby at 6-7pm. Erick was also another one key person of our amazing customer experience 😊 He is decent, humble, presentable, and friendly. The overall customer experience / journey of this stay was fab! It would be great if the hotel put more effort on general dining food taste & hygiene standard (especially the buffet restaurant Flavorz on 2/F), as well as upgrading the architecture maintainence (especially the lobby lounge ONYX on 1/F and partially in the room) which is generally ageing. Could also consider if replacing the traditional toilets as the advanced auto e-toilets in the washroom of the room. We like the staff services most and would definitely revisit again!

Very decent hotel with wonderful food, facilities and service. Price is very affordable compared to other locations of Four Seasons Hotel. Especially recommend Matsuyi (Japanese restaurant) located on 6/F of hotel for lunch or dinner.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Although it’s bit old, everything was well maintained and the room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk Simon Feng was also very helpful. A very pleasant guy who helped to arrange my golf clubs to be sent the golf resort in Dongguan. Thank you.
