Last year, I stayed in a View Suite in Shenzhen for ten days, and my biggest complaint was how boring it was because the TV didn't have screen casting capabilities 🥲. My week-long stay this time was a complete night-and-day difference from last year! The service was absolutely outstanding. The TVs have also been upgraded and now support screen casting. I was even upgraded to a suite, and any issues were resolved with impressive speed. A special thank you to Jason and Leon for their invaluable assistance. I hope Park Hyatt continues to improve and thrive. (On a side note, I do wish the breakfast menu would get an update; it feels a bit stagnant and isn't particularly delicious.)
