Very new and easy too reach, though far from city Center. a lot of parks nearby.

Longgang is an industrial area so for this area I think this is a great little Hilton property. I love how there is a kitchenette and a small sofa bed which you can pull out which is perfect for little ones to sleep also. They have a pool and gym which is good enough to have a good workout. The pool is a bit of a disappointment. I feel it can be managed a lot better and at least have some seating for parents in case they want to supervise their kids who maybe using the pool. They have washing machines which you could use which is great for families and if you are staying here for more than a few days. Breakfast is basic Chinese style breakfast which is average but you have Macdonalds next to the hotel lobby and cafe and restaurants around which ******* can deliver to your room. End of the day we were here as we were visiting some friends that live in Longgang. There is a Hilton Hamptons nearby also but I don’t think it’s open yet.

Hotel first desk staff very helpful and friendly. Especially Amy, she go extra mile to help us on our troubles. Best hotel staff!!! She should be promoted.

The hotel room is comfortable and clean, nothing is missing. I called the reception because I had a problem with the air condition connection and after only a minute the technician arrived and the problem is fixed. This is an excellent and efficient service. In addition, the breakfast buffet is excellent with various selection of western and Chinese food.

location not good( not close to underground station). Breakfast fair. But swimming pool is excellent, and the room size is decent and comfortable.

Big room, clean and convenient. Service was prompt, polite and quick. Good breakfast with a variety of choices. There are many eateries around. There is a Karaoke bar and McDonald's nearby. The hotel is about 30 min away from the airport. I really enjoyed my stay here. If you need to visit this part of Shenzhen for work or for staying then I recommend this place without hesitation.

Good place to stay, have gym fully equipped and also can do the laundry next to it, there are some stores near to buy food (burger, chicken, pizza and traditional local food)

They turned off the cold air for the AC so that it only blows room temperature air. Very annoying as too hot at night time.
