The room was spotlessly clean, and the air felt very fresh. I specifically requested a high floor, and it was wonderfully quiet. The views from up there were fantastic, offering a panoramic outlook over most of the surrounding area. The area around the hotel is bustling with restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. Definitely worth recommending.

I was very pleased with my stay this time. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Dalang Town, making it easy to get around for both business and shopping – everything is within walking distance. The room was spotlessly clean and had no unpleasant odors. The bathroom's wet-dry separation was excellent, making it very convenient to use. The staff at the front desk were excellent; check-in was quick, and they were always ready to assist and answer any questions. Overall, the experience was very smooth.

While I generally don't leave negative reviews, there were indeed some noticeable issues. The bath mat was a bit dirty; I'm unsure if it hadn't been replaced or if it was simply worn/stained. The air conditioning was set to cool at 23°C but wouldn't go any lower. While it provided a stable airflow, it was barely adequate. I found the breakfast to be quite disappointing. Additionally, the room wasn't as spacious as the one I had on my first night.

The facilities were excellent, the room was spotless, and the service was exceptional! I accidentally left my charger when checking out, and the staff proactively reached out to me and helped courier it back. What thoughtful service! I will definitely choose Hilton again!

The gym and swimming pool facilities were well-maintained and fully equipped. The location was easily accessible, with many restaurants and shopping malls nearby, making it very convenient for exploring. Overall, this hotel is impeccable, both in terms of service and facilities. It will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Shenzhen!

Excellent value for money, and it comes with a swimming pool. An evening swim this time of year is perfect for a sound night's sleep. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

The room was very clean, and the breakfast was also good. The rice noodles were a highlight; I devoured a huge bowl and still wanted more, but I was utterly stuffed! They were packed with generous toppings.

The cleanliness was absolutely appalling! I cannot stress this enough – it was utterly disgusting. Every time the AC came on, I'd start sneezing. I initially dismissed it as me just not adjusting to the temperature, but then I happened to glance up. The air vent right above my head was caked in a thick, fuzzy buildup – like a mix of lint, dust, and possibly mold or bacteria. No wonder I kept seeing tiny, hair-like specks floating around; they were so small I almost thought I was imagining things. But the source was right there! And I stayed for two days!! I shudder to think how much of that gunk I inhaled. Yesterday, while cleaning my nose, I actually found tiny bits of fluff mixed in with my mucus. The thought of it makes my stomach turn 🤢🤢🤢🤢. Did I seriously spend two days breathing in lint and mold?!! Is *this* the standard of quality Hilton upholds?!!

However, the window blinds felt quite flimsy and tore easily with a slight tug. Also, be sure to avoid rooms with lower numbers. The hotel assigned us to room 1408, and it was extremely noisy. Definitely request a room on the higher-numbered side. The rooms on the lower-numbered side are located directly above a club/disco, which gets incredibly loud at night.
