Arrived at Sapa about 8am and check in was 2pm. Staff was very kind to let us wash up at the public washroom at level 1. We were warmly welcomed by the loveliest birthday decorations (because it’s my birthday in a few days). On our second day, the tour we booked was delayed and staff at reception helped us call and check. The hospitality was truly thoughtful & the best I’ve experienced. Apart from that, one area could’ve been better was the breakfast service. It was a little slow as food were made in bulk and batches.

I had an amazing stay at Sapa Yen Hotel hands down the best birthday trip I’ve ever had! 🎉 The staff surprised me with a beautifully decorated room, a delicious birthday cake, and a fresh bouquet of flowers. Their warm hospitality made me feel so special and truly cared for. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Sapa and want a memorable experience. Thank you, Sapa Yen Hotel! 💐🎂

It was a great place to stay! The room was clean, the view was breathtaking, the bathroom was spotless, the staff were very accommodating, and the location was incredibly convenient.

The location is good walking distance to sun plaza station and city center...the food is excellent..staff are courteous...we will definitely book again☺️

The hotel is clean, with nice view and helpful staff. We'll definitely stay again when we come back in Sapa.

The hotel was advertised as is in the photos. Clean and spacious rooms with views of the funicular. Good breakfast with lots of options, just hope they had brewed coffee. Nice short walk from the city center around 5 minutes.

The staffs were very friendly. The place was very nice and we can see the train passing by

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sapa Yen Hotel and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and ensured that every detail of my stay was taken care of. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a perfect balance of modern comfort and charm. My room was spacious, spotless, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had no trouble getting a great night’s sleep. Best of all, it is a few meters away from Sapa Sun Plaza and we are greeted with a view with the railway track. What truly stood out was the attention to detail – from the quality of the toiletries to the seamless check-in process. The hotel’s location was also fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options. Overall, I highly recommend Sapa Yen Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I look forward to returning in the future!

We booked the Deluxe Room With Mountain View And Balcony n was given room G102 located one floor below reception. You can see the train moving n has an overall view of the sapa retreat hotel if i remember correctly. Check out the lovely pictures captured during sunrise. Lovely hues can be see in clear skies. Our stay was on 12-13 Jan n unfortunately the monorail n fansipan was closed for maintenance. But weather was sunny n clear. And we actually caught a glimpse of the train for seconds when they were testing it! It was very cold n the hotel has got Airconditioner that works both ways but the heating function wasn’t strong enough. We asked for extra heating n they brought us a standing heater that helps to only keep one person warm. So we just put on warm clothes n slept with blankets on. I was prepared as I read the reviews. Reception counter staff were all helpful n friendly. Mostly smiling ☺️ n good to see. The ladies in the restaurant are less smiley but they still try to help with your needs. Hotel has water heater so u could take your hot shower but the bathroom was very airy n big. So you’ll feel cold very soon. Bed n bedding was good n we caught the beautiful sunrise hues. We ate both lunch and breakfast from their restaurant mam. Both are yummy. Breakfast was soo goood and u choose from a menu what u like. They will prepare it from their kitchen upon your order. The hotel values their guests and have a cute postcard from sapa yen hotel with a personal touch on the letter. Was a great stay and would highly recommend this to all.
