Everything is pretty good here. Nice staff, great location, affordable price, good room, but the stairs are very steep and this hostel doesn't have an elevator, so be aware if you have heavy luggage or mobility issue.

I stayed for two nights in a 6-person dormitory room. Both nights, around 1:00–1:30 AM, some guests returned from outside and were quite noisy — talking loudly and making loud noises with plastic bottles. They didn’t seem to respect others who were already sleeping. There are three rooms, but none of them have doors, which made it a bit uncomfortable due to the lack of privacy. There’s no lift, which is totally fine, but the stairs are quite small area , so keep that in mind. Additionally, you need to make your own bed when you arrive and return the bedding to the reception when you check out.

There were bed bug found in the bed. The comments from Google reviews is true. It is terrible. If you want to stay with bug, good choice

Set in an old Dutch townhouse, the hostel is nicely decorated, easy access by tram or foot. Bed is nice with privacy curtain. The only trouble is the stairs could be tough if you have big suitcases

Everything was great, i will come back next time, there was free drink when i checked in and checked out and a cute little gift, the place was very clean and the location was convenient to get around.

the floors were disgusting. sticky and oily. i saw the cleaning lady only vacuum randomly and didn't mop the floor or anything. the staircase was narrow and really high. it was unsafe since they only had railing on one side and nothing on the other. i was assigned a room in 4th floor, i had a really hard time carrying my suitcase up and down. the toilet was quite clean, or at least it looked clean since the tiles were all black.

It’s good stay for solo travelers, friendly staff. Very helpful & nice location.

The hostel was clean jut the room size was small and not enough Washing room and shower for 18x3 bed in every level of this hostel

The shower is strong very comfortable, with blow dryer was a bonus. Good privacy for each bed, lockers and bed are very secure. Only downside is the top bed is quite high up, taking things up and down is a bit of a trek.

It was fantastic! The room was clean, had a welcome drink, and everything was so comfortable. I was quite surprised how a hostel can be this clean! If you're looking for a place to stay in Amsterdam, you wouldn't regret making the choice of staying here.

The location is excellent and offers great convenience for travelers.

I like that they have private cubicles with curtain. Was turn down to store my luggage there first as i reach morning and check in time is 2pm. Imagine my shock when i walk 1km with my luggage just for the guy to ask me to go back to central station to store my bag in locker. This was a bummer !
