After reading your detailed feedback, we learned that you had to travel to Pingshan Guest House overnight due to the poor quality of the designated hotel for the conference, but still experienced the disappointment of outdated facilities and substandard cleaning. You also pointed out the problem that our publicity did not match the actual situation. We feel extremely guilty and self-blame. This is not the stay experience you deserve, nor is it the standard of our service. We solemnly apologize for the great trouble caused to you! Regarding the core issue of your feedback, the specific cleaning problem (dirty air conditioner, wall, carpet): We have ordered the heads of the housekeeping department and the engineering department to immediately conduct a deep cleaning and inspection of the air-conditioning outlets and filters, walls, and carpets in all rooms (especially non-executive rooms). For stubborn stains, damaged walls and carpets, formulate emergency repair or replacement plans. Strengthen daily cleaning standards and inspection procedures to ensure that such problems never occur again. At the same time, we sincerely thank you: despite such dissatisfaction, you still objectively mentioned "cleanliness and hygiene" (this is our bottom line responsibility) and "breakfast is okay, not much pre-made, full, and mango is particularly sweet".
