I booked a matrimonial bed. The room I was given had a tiny bed, you could tell by the headrest that the bed wasn't supposed to be the size there. Shower head was a lil rusty and was nearly falling off. Infaireness, staff were all pleasant. You should try the food at the restaurant, too. It's relatively affordable for its taste. It's the room that needs some revamp. The towel this time was a lil better than last month but still needs replacement (I think) for it felt like it's been in use for years. Lastly, the window-type AC may need a replacement. It was on full mode but it can hardly make the room chill even if it was raining outside. Overall, you get what you pay for.

There should be electric kettle inside the room or at least a water dispenser in the lobby of each floor

The place is convenient and near to our convention . Affordable and accommodating.

Apart from the outside door to the room we were first given falling in and not being able to lock also coming away from. The wall. And having the staff say all the room are like that which wasn't true. Then moving to room which the key and the key card didn't open. It was nice to leave the outdated sheets and bedding which I'm not sure of the area but it older then me and needed replacing with better ones. As they had been washed over 1 million times. Grade there was nice pizza hut shop near by who makes great coffee

It was good, accessible to Robinson place and bus stations.The staff are polite.

Good service and clean rooms, location is very accessible to public transportation and also with big parking area.

Didn't expect this place to be so porsh. ... Had a great sleep and great stay in this Mango Suites Hotel cool place 😃

Nice hotle and good food

BATHROOM DRAINAGE BLOCKED. WE HAVE TO CALL RECeption FOR TV signal be fixed and light bulb to be changed

Room was clean. Location is very close to the Victory Liner bus station. One of the most affordable hotels in the area. Staff were fine.

Its the best hotel on that area as it was very accessible to everything...room is clean...services are well provided...

Location-wise, it is ideally placed as it is in the less congested area of Santiago City. But I might skip it next time due to the following reasons; 1. The bed seems to have bed bugs. We itched during our one-night stay. 2. The foot towel provided looks like it's been used and/or not replaced after the last occupant (see photo). 3. The housekeeping crews are a bit noisy while cleaning the next rooms and hallways in the morning. Not ideal when you didn't get a good sleep because you were scratching the whole night. 4. They unoccupied rooms are left open for some reason. However, considering its price point, it's not that bad.
