The hotel is close to North Railway station. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room is a family room with very cute bedding.

Location is good - walking distance to/from Hongshan 6979 and Shenzhen Art Musuem. Inside hotel is quite new and room was spacious. Received free upgrade at check-in. Amenities smells really nice. Staff was quick to reply when we asked for more toilet paper. I will definitely stay here again if I stay in Shenzhen again.

I didn’t expect my stay would be that amazing! I really liked the style of the hotel, everything was super orange and I felt the smell of oranges everywhere. The room was super clean and comfortable. Moreover, I got my room upgraded for free, such a nice surprise. I’ll definitely come back.

I absolutely loved this hotel — it’s clean, tidy, and exceptionally well-maintained. The location is fantastic, surrounded by great food options. The reception staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating; they even kindly allowed us a late check-out.

Very nice hotel if you need Shenzhen North Station. It’s a 15 minute walk or 1 stop on the metro. The hotel is modern and clean.

Hotel looks very new. Room is spacious and clean. All the amenities are orange scent, very interesting. Lobby has free coffee and orange drink. Outside the hotel got a minimart. For fellow foreigners, be careful there are 2 orange hotel in this area, need to check the correct address before booking transportation to this hotel.

The location is convenient with lots of food options around, hotel rooms are modern with smart lighting and are really clean. We also had a nice view of the city from the hotel room. The receptionists were incredibly kind, patient and helpful with us. Would definitely come back to this hotel next time we are in Shenzhen!

Really comfortable stay. Got a room upgrade on arrival. Was very quiet on the 11th floor! About 10-15 min walk from the closest mall and railway station.
