Felt hotel was too greedy, moved me to a downgraded room when J extended stay. Broken water heater is unacceptable. Breakfast very simple, instant coffee only.

Overall quite an enjoyable experience. The room top pool was an excellent facility to cool off, was super clean and quiet. I would book this property again, although a good 15 min walk to the beach. For breakfast the rice dish was good, only instant coffee.

Amazing! A week in an amazing hotel on an amazing island. Close to Kata Beach, shops, restaurants and markets. Very friendly staff who speak good English. Clean, large room with good wifi. Highly recommended. We will be back!

Good value for money. Rare case - car parking lot and good view. The only point - construction near by and construction of the swim pool. Otherwise - very good for its price. Staff is great.

The hotel located in calm district, far from the beach, it takes about 25-30 minutes to reach the Kata beach. Room is nice, clean and spacious, cleaning service is every day.

Location is a 20min walking distance from the beach. Restaurants in near area. Room was spacious and clean. The only reason i will never come back is reception. It happens my girlfriend is Thai. And whenever we come back to hotel, the receptionists (4 different people) always wanted i pay 500 baht for extra person staying in room (like short term guests, basically called my gf a ****** everytime we came to hotel…). They didnt even know which room we are staying, just demanding payment immediately. If they maybe put all this energy to explain where the pool is and how to get to it, and to be up-to-dare what is happening in their hotel i think would be more beneficial for them and guests.

The staff is friendly, we checked in early. They bring water and clean every day. The room itself is old, but for me it is not a problem. The Wifi is excellent, there are no problems with hot water. There is a pool, but I have never used it. The hotel itself is located in a quiet place. The air conditioner is noisy and blows directly on the bed, this is a minus. The curtain in the shower also needs to be changed. The TV does not work, for me it was not a problem and I did not worry about it.

We stayed for one night, at the end of the vacation. Clean, lots of space - spacious room, large bathroom (toilet and shower are separated by a partition) large balcony. Clean linens, no particular smells, the hotel is worn out, but quite acceptable. I would not say that the room is cozy, I would not rent it for the entire vacation (my personal opinion). The bed is large, the mattress and pillows are comfortable, instead of a blanket - a sheet / bedspread on top. I did not take a photo, only the hall.

I have seen a lot and have something to compare with) I lived in a room without a balcony. No insects, no ants! No mosquitoes. The staff is great, friendly, welcoming, they will help with any question. Convenient location. Price/quality/cleanliness/great view, view of Taichik, silence, good and quiet air conditioning. Free towels for the beach at the reception, water in the cooler there. Shops and cafes nearby, 15 minutes to Kata Beach. Sabay, not in a hurry) on foot and 5 minutes by bike. Daily cleaning, change of towels and two bottles of water. The human factor is present once, dirty towels were picked up from the floor, folded and put away as clean, this is an exception, but minus one star. Good Wi-Fi, several routers per floor, Mibox S set-top box to the TV worked without brakes at 4k. There is a cafe, I didn’t eat there, nothing to say, but it is there and people used it, I saw it. Parking for a bike is not very convenient under the balcony, but it is large and free. To summarize, I will say that a good hotel is pleasant, I recommend it! It will not make your nerves, it will not curdle your blood))))

It takes about 15 minutes to get to the sea, the hotel was clean. They cleaned every day, the staff was very friendly, I liked everything
