It was almost 6 o'clock when we got there because of the traffic jam. There was no one to help us when we got in. They just asked for ID verification. Then we were told that the room was on the 3rd floor. The guy who led the way was on the 1st floor, pointing to the room on the 3rd floor, and motioned for us to go upstairs by ourselves. We had to carry the luggage and hold the baby in our arms. There was no elevator, so we had to climb the stairs by ourselves. He didn't even think of asking for help with the luggage.
