The Hotel Location is not Ideal. It is in a local residential Area. The property is very dated and not immaculately clean. The Breakfast is not Buffet , however they have 4 Set Menu options and the Staff do there best to help out. Overall I would like to say, there are many better options available near Sunworld.

Close to the seafood market. The toilet and the bedroom are small, very small. I can see this is a 2 or 3 bedrooms apartment but they split it into 2.

This is not really a hotel as such, it’s a large apartment building. Location is more in a residential area that was not convenient at all. The room was spacious but not well equipped at all. Not even a dish cloth or tea towel is provided. Permanent residents cooking leave their doors open so the smell of their cooking is strong. Hall way walls were very dirty also. Indoor pool was very crowded with permanent residents with their children, so we didn’t bother with it. Air conditioning didn’t work properly in the living room. Could not get either TV to operate, no phone to contact reception desk and no help with luggage when you arrive. But it was very cheap, so you get what you pay for I suppose.

Good apartment

My room was spacious and clean. Hotel is going thru renovation in some parts. The city view from my room was very nice. Right next to big market.

The room is big and clean and really nice. The location is not too great because there's no restaurants nearby and hotel does not have restaurant.

this is a great hotel with great value and great staff and great location, highly recommend for all visitors to Ha Long Bay

Room is spacious, good for families. Reception left unattended at times. A drink at the bar took long despite being the only customer. Breakfast was below average

The stay was comfortable. The staff were courteous. Room was good too. Breakfast was decent. It was easy to book Grab taxi at the location. I am not giving 5 star as the infinity swimming pool was closed due to renovation, but the same info was not provided while making the booking which was disappointing.

We booked this motel as we have used Wyndham successfully many times before , but there was a restaurant advertised in the motel , when we arrived late evening we were told it was closed and there was nowhere close to be able to eat ,, breakfast was included but the serverey was very old looking and really outdated ,,, carpets were disgusting and even the toaster didn’t work., The only good thing about the motel was the price and the servicing of the rooms - although the safe in our room was broken. And unable to be used , The overall non- caring attitude of staff left a bad taste in our mouths. We do not want to go back

Although classified as a 4-star luxury hotel, no concierge service was available and we had to transfer our luggage ourselves to the room. Only two front desk staff members were there, who did everything. There was no travel agent to provide travel or cruise information or services in Halong Bay. The breakfast spread was limited to selecting from the 2-3 options a day in advance, which was not a 4-star menu. The room provided was a two-room suite with an attached kitchenette, which had a cooking stove, but no cooking utensils or even plates for serving. Even a basic necessity like a microwave to heat food was lacking. There was no hot water facility for washing utensils. The air conditioning was not centralized, but independent units in each room. The bedroom size was very small, with barely any space to open the wardrobes. Overall the two-day stay experience was not as comfortable and luxurious as one would expect in a 4-star accommodation. There was no rooftop swimming pool or bar and in fact, we were told that there is nothing much to explore on the higher floors. Our accommodation was provided on the 14th floor.
