We stayed in room 2407. The room boasted a beautiful view and was quite clean. Overall, we were fairly satisfied, and the layout was simple and functional. Our only suggestion for improvement would be regarding the water heater and water pressure; a more consistent supply of hot water for the bathtub would have made our stay even better.

Amazing location and view. So easy to walk around, get on metro etc. Nice to have the balcony, swing chair and bathtub (room temperature water) to enjoy the view. Kitchen a bit old, but equipped with fridge and washing machine which were useful. General cleanliness should be improved. There were black hairs and rubbish left by previous guests. Housekeeping came on request to change bins and top up drinking water and toilet paper.

Room service at the hotel was prompt, with any issues quickly resolved. The hotel boasts an elegant ambiance and attentive service. The rooms were spotless, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Additionally, its spacious and convenient parking lot is ideal for guests traveling by car.

The guesthouse has a great vibe and is super close to all the main attractions in Chongqing. The host was incredibly thoughtful, even helping us plan our routes, which saved us a ton of hassle with sightseeing research. We woke up to beautiful river views every morning, and our child absolutely loved playing in the bathtub. For convenience, I'd suggest taking a taxi from North Station directly to the guesthouse when you arrive.

The room's location is excellent, very convenient for visiting the city's main attractions. The facilities are also superb, boasting an oversized bathtub and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows with river views. A washer-dryer is a huge bonus! And there are plenty of dining options right downstairs. Our kids absolutely loved it!

The location is fantastic, with many city attractions within walking distance and conveniently close to the subway. It's perfect for city walks. The only minor downside was that it was just too hot!!!

The room was spotless, and any issues were promptly addressed. It boasted excellent natural light with a beautiful view of the river; sitting by the floor-to-ceiling window and enjoying the scenery was incredibly relaxing. The large bathtub was a huge hit with the kids, and the butler even thoughtfully provided disposable bath liners. A truly perfect experience.

We took the high-speed train for a weekend getaway after work. We almost got lost upon arrival, but thankfully, the staff was incredibly thoughtful and guided us perfectly! The location is convenient, and the service was exceptional; the staff were very patient. Our room was well-equipped, even featuring laundry facilities. It was very comfortable, with a soft bed and a clean bathroom. The service was impeccable, and the free luggage storage was a huge plus! Absolutely superb value for money! 👍 We'll definitely be back to stay here again!

I didn't even need to go to the front desk; it was a self-check-in process, which was a first for me! Usually, you have to go to the front desk for check-in, but I found the self-check-in process to be incredibly convenient. Checking out was just as easy; a quick message on WeChat was all it took. The room itself was a decent size, clean, very quiet, and came with large windows. The room amenities were excellent, and there were plenty of food options right downstairs. Overall, fantastic value for money!

The room was exactly as pictured – very spacious, bright, and clean. The bathroom featured a practical wet/dry separation, and the hot water came quickly and had a gentle flow, making for a truly comfortable shower. In the mornings, the sunlight streamed directly into the room, which was absolutely beautiful. You could even enjoy a stunning river view right from the bed. The room also had a large mirror, perfect for taking great photos. It's highly recommended for both friends and couples.

Location is superb, close to everything and lots of restaurants, shops and convenience store. There was a little problem when we reached, but immediately sorted. The host was vey helpful and friendly, always checking on us.Definetly will stay here again! Recommended !

It felt like having a front-row seat to the city's energy and charm right from the comfort of my room. The ambience of the hotel was equally impressive. It had a calm, modern, and stylish feel throughout—perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The interior design was tasteful, blending contemporary comfort with local touches that added a unique character to the space. Everything from the lighting to the peaceful atmosphere made it a place you actually enjoy spending time in, not just sleeping. Overall, Xuan Xuan Chen Chen Hotel offers more than just a place to stay—it delivers a full experience. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Chongqing, especially if you appreciate a good view and a well-designed, serene environment.

The hotel is easy to find. Right in front of river (real). So the river and Shangrila twin tower can be viewed clearly at the lobby. The building also Near to local store plus exotic area with stairs, buying rice, noodle, spoon, and plate is easy. But this room is 50% river view, 50% city view, it not completely facing river, but no problem, i still can enjoy the river view. The room is very clean, with sit closet and warm water always flow. auntie also come to tidy up every day makes us comfortable. The most convinient part is the Towels, they are Clean and no smell at all. Value added is Microwave. Microwave is also a must for moslem traveller like us, as for cooking rice and instant noodle for breakfast. But pay attention, you should buy an additional appliance for cooking rice in microwave, i bring it from my Country. Also you should install Wechat for communication with room reps, she helped us alot and communicate the location clearly. My suggestion for improvement in handling moslem traveller is you should add jet flush beside the toilet. This will be your value added. But its ok, we can still clean up with water on shower 😁
