We stayed 2 nights , everything was fantastic , specially the breakfast, good variety and delicious. jimmy was super kind and helpful . Only 1 thing I have to complain about the time in the outdoor swimming pool , it’s open at 14:30 and most of the sun shine is gone could be better to open it early to enjoy the sun bathing as well. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located right next to Sea World – making it an ideal spot for easy access to the attraction. The variety of food choices nearby is impressive, offering something for every taste. The front desk staff, especially Miki, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Our room had an amazing view, and we were even able to enjoy the New Year fireworks from our window, which was a special touch. On New Year’s Eve, the bar on the 16th floor was open to hotel guests and staff, creating a lively atmosphere as we celebrated the arrival of 2025. The mood was fantastic, and we were greeted with two complimentary glasses of wine – a nice gesture. The breakfast buffet was another highlight. There was a wide range of options, from Chinese dishes to Western favorites, ensuring everyone could find something they liked. Additionally, the concierge staff were very knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and things to do. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Really loved this hotel. Can't be more thankful about the superb service by all the staff in this hotel from helping with luggage storage to parcel delivery to facilitating room changes. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, shower was just right. Would definitely stay here again!
