Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Shenzhen

Our recent stay at Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Futian Huaqiangbei was absolutely wonderful and full of thoughtful touches that made it truly memorable. We were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary and my husband’s early birthday, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by thoughtfully arranging our room for the occasion. It was such a warm and personal gesture that made us feel incredibly special and appreciated. Special thanks to the amazing front desk team—Tina, Luna, and Lily—who were all exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Their service really stood out and made a lasting impression. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Huaqiangbei, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. Yannan MRT station is just less than 100 meters away from the hotel. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered a great variety of options every morning. The hotel staff were also very helpful in receiving parcels on our behalf and the housekeeping team also did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless and comfortable each day.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for business travelers. The front desk staff provided exceptional service; they proactively helped with my luggage during check-in and even gave a children's toy, showing impeccable attention to detail. The room was well soundproofed, the air conditioning and WiFi were stable, and there were no unpleasant odors throughout my week-long business trip. Overall, fantastic value for money!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right in the city center. Malls, restaurants, and attractions are all within easy reach, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. William at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, and check-in was very quick. Our room was spotless, with incredibly soft bedding and modern facilities. We had a wonderful night's sleep. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, and everything tasted delicious. It offers excellent value for money, and we'll definitely choose this place again for our next visit!

The hotel’s location is fantastic—conveniently situated with easy access to transportation and local attractions. My room was **spotlessly clean**, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay very relaxing. What truly stood out, though, was the **exceptional service** from the staff, especially **Amber at the reception**. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing me a late checkout since my flight was in the evening. Her hospitality made my trip even more enjoyable! This hotel holds delightful surprises! The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. Even the bedside lamps emitted a warm, soft glow. The smart room features were great, and free parking was available. Every time I checked in, the staff kindly provided complimentary fruit. Check-out was very efficient; all that was needed was to return the room card. Electronic invoicing was also super convenient. The breakfast on the first floor was delicious, showing great attention to detail. I'll definitely bring friends here next time!

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located near a shopping mall, just a short walk away. The facilities are excellent, and the cleanliness is top-notch. I especially appreciated the smart control system for lighting and the ability to monitor the washing machine’s progress. Another great perk was that the staff could sign for online shopping deliveries on our behalf. One minor note: The air conditioning seems to run on an auto mode, turning on and off at intervals, which might be something to adjust for personal comfort. Overall, a fantastic experience!

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The location is superb, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The facilities are also excellent, featuring robot service that ensures amenities are promptly restocked, and bottled water is generously provided. The service is great. The environment is also very pleasant, and it's conveniently located right next to Xixiang Tianhong. The Xixiang Metro Station is directly outside the door, making getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, it's an excellent choice and definitely worth a stay!

The hotel is brand new, and the overall service is superb. Upon check-in, the front desk attendant was all smiles and enthusiastically introduced all the facilities. She even thoughtfully escorted me to the elevator, demonstrating impeccable attention to detail. The hotel's self-service laundry facility is also excellent; it's super convenient to check the laundry status from your room TV, which also supports screen casting for movies. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, featuring freshly prepared rice noodles with toppings like beef brisket and chicken broth. The steamed ribs and freshly ground coffee were also fantastic. The only thing to note is that the parking lot is enormous. When we navigated to the hotel entrance, the security guard informed us that parking wasn't allowed there and handed us a map, directing us to circle around to the underground parking garage. It's highly recommended to remember your parking spot's zone number, as finding your car otherwise can be quite challenging.

A comfortable stay at Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen North Station! It's an 8-minute walk to Tianhong Shopping Mall. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed, and the shower had excellent water pressure and a stable temperature. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the freshly made noodle soup and coffee were absolutely delicious. Eric at the front desk was friendly and efficient, and even kindly upgraded my room. Every detail was spot on. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shenzhen!

I stay at this hotel every time I am in Shenzhen. The level of service provided by the staff there is exceptional and as such I don't feel the need to stay anywhere else. I would particularly like to thank Visas (name spelled wrong), the manager who took me to find a cable for my laptop. All his help was greatly appreciated. Rena was also very helpful in helping me arrange taxis.
