We love this new hotel with excellent spacious room, comfy beddings and magnificent view. Their front desk staff have outstanding customer service skills. We had front desk staff 毛豆 who greeted us at check in upgrading us with an extra afternoon tea voucher. During check out, Sundy gave us free Lollypet petting zoo admission for 2 after we gave them some feedback regarding the noises made at 7:45am by their outsourced hotel building exterior window cleaning vendor. This proved that they have good customer service and have taken hotel guests’ feedback with a professional and matured approach which we really appreciated. Complimentary afternoon tea and breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations given the price of hotel is very reasonable. The room is in good condition, cleaned, spacious and beddings are comfortable. The location is good and right outside of 燕南 metro station. I would recommend this hotel to friends given they have above level service.

Excellent service, nice & helpful staffs (front desk, breakfast time hostess, chefs at the open kitchen...etc) 😄 New hotel & facilities in good condition. Check-in check-out fast. No deposit is required. Great room size, good view, clean washroom. Room soundproof so we sleep well, even our room near lift area. Service robots delivery very efficient. Before arrival, we had inquiries via wechat & 歡小朋 is very helpful to solve our problem 👍 We enjoy the stay here, also breakfast good food quality. Next time we should stay again. Value for money. (Breakfast time, many people wait & long queue for the fresh brew coffee. Maybe can have one more coffee machine.)

The hotel environment is great, with new hardware facilities and excellent service. Diana, in particular, is very enthusiastic, and the housekeeping staff are very considerate, delivering items promptly. It was a great stay, and I would definitely come back. The breakfast is very rich, with a buffet offering many options. I highly recommend it. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Facilities: This hotel opened in January this year. Overall, there is nothing to complain about the facilities. It deserves 5-star praise, so you can rest assured. However, the sound insulation in the room may not be very good. Can you hear the snoring of the next door? Or someone else's male snoring in the room you live in? But the impact is not too big. It is intermittent and stops after 5 minutes. I can still sleep. I especially like the bed in the room. It is soft and comfortable, and the quality of the bedding is a bit close to that of Niccolo Hotel. The hotel provides shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and skin care lotion. Some special products are written next to the TV. You need to ask the front desk/guest room for help, such as baby products, other types of pillows, etc. This is very good and has contributed to the earth's environmental protection resources. The self-service laundry room is on the same floor as the hotel's breakfast and dining. The clothes washed by the washing machine have a faint fragrance, which I like very much. There are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, and the feeling of dry and wet separation is very good. Hygiene: The sanitation is relatively good, but because I was in a hurry to check in that morning, I could only ask sister pa to help clean the room quickly and simply within 5 minutes, which resulted in a little flaw in the room, but it did not affect the check-in. I was still very happy that sister could quickly clean the room for me, a lazy person, to rest on the bed for a while. The service is very good, praise it. There are free drinks + hot water on the first floor of the front desk, and tea bags can be used to make tea, which is very considerate. I personally think that the breakfast variety is delicious. Although the variety is not comparable to that of a five-star hotel, it has the necessary services and deliciousness. I am very happy to be able to stay. If Longhua District is not far from the city center of Shenzhen, it is really perfect. I feel that everyone is working hard to run the hotel and provide services to the hotel's guests. Room is big and clean location is good subway station right outside the hotel breakfast is good with a lot of variety, check in was fast and efficient and Skye at the front desk help me by answering all my question. Only complain I have is with the laundry room they need to upgrade the washing machine and the dryer, it takes too long.

The receptionist service is excellent! Special thanks to 小顏. This hotel near to a metro station by walking distance about 5min. Nearby hotel there's many restaurants and convenient stores. The room I booked has including breakfast, the breakfast has many choices, but the food tasted average. The room is clean and we enjoy our 7 nights stay there even there's a condo working in progress daily.
