This is our secod time to this hotel based on our first experience thats why we booked again. But to our disappoinment when we check in the senior reception there just tossed us to junior without saying anything. Even they said they upgraded the room but it has really bad smoking smell although we booked non smoking room.We told the receptionist and they just lend us the machine but not help at all. Toilet also have bad odor came out.Location wise, its convinience because near to guomao station and King glory plaza. Hope they can really improve their service, like the first time when we stayed there.
