CitiGO Hotels in Shenzhen

This was my first time in Shenzhen, and I absolutely loved this hotel. The room was spotless, and the location was fantastic, right in the business district. Tianbao Brothers is just across the street downstairs, and Qianhai One City is only a five-minute walk away. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. She showed us to our room, recommended nearby coastal parks for an evening stroll, and even lent me a charger when mine broke. When my feet got blisters from walking around, she immediately provided band-aids. Her service was truly exceptional and so thoughtful. I'll definitely be back next time! 😊

We selected this hotel because we were traveling with our child for a flight, and its location was convenient for catching a boat the next day. The hotel's front desk is situated on the 8th floor of the cruise center. We were upgraded to a sea view room by the staff. Although the room was a bit small, it was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. When we ordered takeout, the delivery robots were busy, so a staff member personally brought our order to the room, demonstrating truly warm and attentive service. We will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again the next time we are passing through.

Although when I first reached the hotel, I don't find the surrounding environment ideal and the hotel is not big and luxurious but the stay was very comfortable for both me and my husband. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and there was a large screen TV in the room. There was a small fridge with 2 canned drinks replenished daily. The hotel provides washer and dryer for guests to use for free. Check in was smooth, though there was a slight about 1 to 2 mins delay due to enquiries from other guests, we were delighted that the staff compensated us with free breakfast vouchers. We enjoyed our stay and extended our stay for another 3 nights.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, right opposite Shenzhen University and next to Tencent Headquarters, with all amenities conveniently located nearby. Being a Huazhu brand, we felt confident in our stay, especially impressed by the impeccable cleanliness. The service was excellent, warm, and courteous, and we even received welcome fruits during check-in. The spacious rooms ensured a very comfortable stay for our family, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread was rich and varied. A particularly delightful surprise was the option to have freshly prepared wontons delivered to our room by a robot in the evening – absolutely fantastic!
