Atour Hotels in Shenzhen

This hotel is pretty new and clean. The staff is friendly. They provide bottled water for each room that's convenient for travelers. One problem we had was that the people next door for one night were so noisy but the staff was helpful to move us to a different room. The surrounding environment is ok.

Spacious room with good coffee, amenities and TV. Good location. Comfy bed but quality of bedsheets can be improved.

Overall I am very impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the hotel especially the shower room and toilet. The gym is well equipped and you can use their washing machines for free(clean and tidy).

Convenient in all ways. Ended up providing more services ro make sure that I was confortable with my two children who found the hotel a home away from home. All hotel attendants are lovely and we loved the breakfast diversity and extended time. Keep it up we look forward to visit again.

Great room with furnishings that feel premium, along with functional and useful facilities like laundry and drying (and even providing plushy chairs for u to sit in when waiting for laundry to finish, a big thumbs up). Unbeatable proximity to metro station Nanyou West, just a little inconvenient if you want to travel to nearby retail complexes like Raffles City. Also, the lack of a fridge in the room took away from what would have been a 10/10 room.

The hotel is well located right next to the metro station, in a convenient part of Shenzhen. Unfortunately when we arrived, although the late night porridge was still open, there was no food left. The room was comfortable but there was a slight smell in the corridors and the breakfast wasn’t as varied as it has been in other Atour hotels. The service from the staff at reception was attentive and friendly.

The hotel has excellent facilities. It's clean and modern. However, the staff seems to speak very basic English or no English at all. It was frustrating to spend so much time to communicate anything to them. However, I must say, all of them did their best to try to understand me and they in the end satisfied all of my requests. It just took time. The breakfast provided seemed to have many options but mostly for Chinese cuisine. I would appreciate more international cuisine options. The location worked fine for me but it's pretty far away from downtown.

I highly recommend it. They also arranged a car to take us to the airport, which saved time and money. It's pretty good.

Ideal for independent travellers looking for value for money, service, necessary amenities, clean & well appointed rooms. The Luohu branch is ideally located for shopping & dining options near HK border crossing.

This time I stayed at Shenzhen Longhua Dalang Atour Hotel, the experience was great, must be praised! 🌆Location and environment The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the subway station and many attractions, and it is super convenient to travel. There are many delicious foods around, and you can taste local special snacks within a few minutes' walk. The lobby is spacious and bright, exquisitely decorated, pleasantly fragrant, and there is a comfortable lounge area, which makes it very popular when checking in. 🛏️Room facilities The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is changed for each guest, white and odorless, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, lying down instantly relieves stress, and you have a good night's sleep. The desk lamp is bright enough, the angle is adjustable, and there are many sockets, which is super convenient for office work. The bathroom is separated, the dry and wet areas have anti-slip design, hot water is available as soon as it is turned on, the water pressure is stable, the bathing products are of good quality, and you will feel refreshed and comfortable after washing. 👨🍳Catering services The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, from bread, eggs to hot porridge, side dishes, and freshly ground coffee, which can meet different tastes. The restaurant environment is elegant, the waiters are enthusiastic, the tables are cleaned in time, and the dining mood is pleasant. 💁♂️Staff From the front desk to the guest rooms and restaurants, every staff member is enthusiastic and professional. Cherry, Ziqiu and Los at the front desk checked in quickly, and patiently answered questions and gave travel suggestions; room service is on call, and once a charger was urgently needed, it was delivered quickly; the restaurant staff asked about the satisfaction of the dishes attentively, making people feel at home. 💰 Cost-effectiveness High cost-effectiveness. Compared with the surrounding hotels of the same grade, this one is affordable and often has discounts. The facilities, services, and location are impeccable, and the cost-effectiveness is super high. I will choose this place next time I travel, and I also recommend it to everyone!
