I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable – it’s right across from the metro, making it very easy to get around the city. It’s also close to shopping centers and an electronics market. The hotel offers great perks like free ice cream daily and night snacks, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep every night. A special thanks to Zhi Jun for going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone to stay at this hotel.

Location This hotel is located right opposite Dongmen lao jie with all the food varieties and wholesale market. Easy navigates and alot of food choice and shopping spree. However, the main road is currently undergoing construction. Hence, I felt it is pretty troublesm if we want to book didi. We need to pull our luggage and wait by the roadside to flag taxi. Each time we go out, we get to cross the road and hold our kids hands tightly as the e-bike riders drive is pretty annoying. Service Staff are superb helpful and polite. Hotel guest is allow to order TB and deliver to the hotel. Hotel will assist to receive the parcel. Laundry services which I felt is the best service I ever had. And its FOC. We send our clothes to the laundry room to wash, hotel staff will help us to transfer to the dryer machine and send it to our hotel room accordingly. Thumbs up to this service. Cleanliness Satisfied and approved.

Had the best stay here for 3 days. Service by the hotel staffs is top notch. They can help receive your parcels and food deliveries and even send food deliveries to your room with the robot. Room amenities are great and complete too. The pressure of the shower is also very very very good! And love the heated toilet as well. Overall, had an amazing stay here and would love to stay here again

The hotel is awesome, welcome drinks is so warming when it’s cold weather. The hotel staff is so friendly and helpful. Always greet when you pass by the lobby. The bed is the most I love at this hotel. High quality pillow and bed. Even better than the big brand famous hotel I stay before. Will definitely will book Atour again when I back to China

We have stayed 4 times in 4 different rooms on different floors. We generally love the neat, modern rooms with practical items we need, like USB charging points and lighting that works consistently. The beds are comfy with 2 pillows to choose from. The tv only has CCTV channels but it is large with a clear reception. The robot delivery for food orders works well and is better than room service in our opinion. The room Aircon is typically good and has the power and ability to actually cool the room, unlike some other (more expensive) hotels we have stayed at in Shenzhen. However, during the latest stay, the Aircon wasn't quite as cold and took much longer to cool. The breakfast range is decent, but we would like to see more vegetarian options with vegetable-based protein. The cooking could use a little less oil. The breakfast staff are very friendly. The location in the village is very practical, not super touristy, but does have nice coffee shops nearby. It is a short walk to the metro. The gym isn't large but is decently equipped, with 2 treadmills, a bike, elliptical, free weights and a dual-cable adjustable weight system. The clothes washing facility is great.

She helped us upgrade the room type for free, patiently answered our questions, and felt warm in the details. Environment and facilities: The hotel is exquisitely decorated, the lobby is spacious and bright, the room is clean and comfortable, the bedding is soft and clean, and the facilities are complete and modern. I especially like the design of the tea table next to the bed. Service attitude: From the front desk to the room service, every staff member is warm and thoughtful, and takes the initiative to greet and provide help. Hygiene: The room is spotless, the bathroom is disinfected in place, and the daily cleaning is timely, so you can live in peace. Geographical location: Very close to the airport and exhibition hall. Make this business trip very efficient.

Hotel is strategically and conveniently located with malls and 2 train stations for Line 1 and Line 9 within walking distance. The staff are professional and polite. The lobby is filled with a delightful fragrance that is fresh, clean, and uplifting, setting a welcoming atmosphere right from the entrance. Inside the room, the air feels crisp and neutral, completely odorless, contributing to a sense of comfort and cleanliness. The bedding is incredibly soft and cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, the beechwood incense offers a subtle, soothing scent that adds warmth to the room. Air conditioner operates quietly, with no disruptive noises or sounds, ensuring an undisturbed and peaceful environment. The air itself remains fresh and clean throughout the stay. The shower area is generously spacious, and the equipment is modern and well-maintained. The water temperature is perfectly regulated, providing a wonderfully comfortable and refreshing experience. Hotel breakfast are awesome with a wide variety of food selections. Overall, this stay has been extremely satisfying, with every detail carefully considered to ensure comfort and tranquility.

We played joyfully, laughter filling the air as we engaged in games that brought out our competitive spirits. The sun shone brightly, casting a warm glow on our faces, enhancing the delight of each moment. We shared stories and inside jokes, strengthening our bond and creating lasting memories. Each game was an adventure, filled with excitement and friendly banter. As we cheered for one another, the sense of camaraderie deepened, making every victory sweeter and every loss a shared experience. The day was not just about the games; it was about the happiness of being together, surrounded by friendship and joy.

The location is good, few minutes to the subway station, there are some restaurant/coffee shop nearby. I believe a crowd of HK travelers may make the staff felt tired, due to the Easter Holiday in HK. The one male staff who checked the last 2 rooms in is not nice and I asked him where was the restroom, he was totally ignored me, until my sister in law repeated my question. I would like to complaint about the breakfast time, the café was fully occupied, no more seat available at the moment. The receptionist is helpless, did not offer a help. I think the hotel need to think about it how to handle if the hotel was running full, but the capacity of café is not enough. This happen is not only on me, also for the other in house guest.
