Tuke Hotel Hotels in Shanghai

I repeated the hotel stay for more two days through trip.com. It gave me the option to rebook the same room and in fact i was charged lower fees as compare to the first time booking. I got very happy that i was offered discount for rebooking and rebooked it, but i felt cheated very next moment as right after booking when i was told by the hotel staff that i have offered the lower category room this time by trip.com. After arguing they made me pay the difference amount of CNY 144 to stay in the same room. Thus i realized that trip.com has cheated on me.

Out of the three hotels we stayed at on this trip, this one was our absolute favorite. The cleanliness and overall environment were excellent. The room was very spacious, the air conditioning was quiet, and the smart controls were incredibly convenient. The lady at the front desk was also incredibly friendly and helpful. When we ordered food and the vendor didn't provide chopsticks, she went out of her way to find us a pair. We were truly grateful for her help. We would definitely stay here again if we have the chance. P.S. The coffee in the room was excellent.
