Had a great stay at Sofitel, Aida was very professional and all the staff is friendly and responsive, the bedroom was very clean and well decorated, with great attention to details. It always feels special when you go to Sofitel. Great way to recharge batteries and have an extraordinary experience every once in awhile. Location: The hotel is conveniently located just 5-10mn drive to the Bund. The lobby also feels cozy and I love the French touch Will definitely come back soon! Merci!

She was always quick to help, whether it was fixing a small room issue or giving recommendations for dinner. Her kindness and efficiency stood out. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious rooms, a great gym, and a relaxing pool. The breakfast was a highlight—so many options, from fresh pastries to local dishes. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile. I’d definitely stay here again—thanks to Ellie and the team for such a great experience!
