Breakfast buffet was ok but nothing spectacular. Booked suite room that I thought would have lounge access, but nothing mentioned upon checkin. About a 7-8 minute taxi ride (barring traffic conditions) to Lujiazui area. If price was significantly lower, I would stay again. But unfortunately room was way overpriced for what I received total.

The hotel gave me a free room upgrade what I greatly appreciated. The room was clean and spacious and personal friendly. The breakfast was good as well although other hotels of this class have more choices. The hotel is located besides a subway station of line 4 which makes travel easy

The location and service are excellent. Thank you to front desk managers Yao and Shen for their service. It is indeed the best five-star hotel in Jiading District. From the concierge to the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone served with a smile. Thank you for making my stay such a happy experience.

An immaculate hotel in a less-than-ideal location. If you need a place to stay in this part of Shanghai then there's nothing better. If you're going to Shanghai for any other reason then know that you're about 90 minutes+ to the city center. Staff is great, facilities are great, rooms are clean and everything is comfortable. I stay here every time I'm in the area for business.

I have stayed here several times. This time my mother left her phone in the hotel and called the hotel to ask for help to find it. After several calls, it took more than an hour for them to tell me that they had left it at the front desk. They said they would find it and give me feedback. They only told me after I called to ask. I went back to the hotel from the station to get it. When I got to the front desk, the front desk didn't know where it was for a long time. I had to call the hotel to ask the front desk manager to give it to me. In the past, the overall check-in was 5 points and I felt that everything was pretty good. This time it was really because of the handling of the phone. First of all, I thank them for returning the money, but it took another hour to find a phone without feedback. The old lady is old and has a small heart. If the phone is thousands of dollars, she would feel distressed if it was really lost. So I can only say that the service responsibility of some hotel staff I met on this trip is really average. It is also possible that the waiters I met before were very nice. Anyway, a slightly fat boy handled various procedures and helped me reserve a quiet room in the previous few times. I still have to suggest that the hotel should have a unified standard for overall employee training

The food was good and the service was excellent. It’s very good especially if you are looking just to relax as there is not much to do otherwise. The only thing is that they do not have a Spa ( We missed it badly). The swimming pool is excellent
