Shell Hotels in Shanghai

While the hotel is clean and the location is good, I strongly don’t recommend it. I had a bad experience as the air conditioning never worked properly. It was 34°C the whole time. I booked one night but couldn’t spend more than two hours there. I called the receptionist, but she suggested adjusting the temperature to more than 20°C and then after 30 minutes, adjusting it to less than that. It never worked. I don’t think I’ll book this hotel again!

The hotel is clean and hygienic, the room facilities are complete, the service attitude is very good, the decoration is quite new, there is no odor, the exterior windows have good lighting, and I was upgraded to a 1.8-meter king bed for free. I am very satisfied

The single room I stayed in was small but well-equipped. The facilities and sanitary conditions were good. It was worth the money. However, there was no hot water when I took a shower at 11pm. I don't know if it was out of water or something. I had to make do with cold water. This was not satisfactory.

The parking lot can accommodate more than ten cars, and there are many people living there, so the cars are basically full.
