Regent Shanghai on the Bund

The Bund Area
The Seagull Regent Hotel is strategically located in the core area of the Bund, which is convenient for traveling, especially avoiding the crowds in the morning and evening to visit the Bund. It is a great experience. First of all, I would like to praise the hotel's service. The housekeeper Royee is a beautiful and kind lady. She helped us carry the luggage from the front desk to the room, enthusiastically introduced the facilities and supplies in the room, took the initiative to help us book a view seat for dinner, and sent us to the elevator entrance in the basement on the day of check-out. He was particularly careful and attentive. Marco, a tall handsome man at the front desk, was enthusiastic, thoughtful, patient and warm, with a super good memory. He could accurately call us at once when checking out, and reminded us not to forget to bring the laundry. The hotel's minibar on the first day was free, and welcome fruits and cakes were also given. There are also free washing of three pieces of clothes every day and a night bed service. The hotel's rooms, lobby, restaurant, elevator interior, etc. are designed in a very stylish way. At night, there are musicians playing in the lobby. I like the green-toned guest room I stayed in this time. The bathroom facilities are all big brands, the hygiene work is good, the bedding and towels are very comfortable, and the hotel's air conditioning equipment is also relatively quiet. The breakfast is a combination of ordering and buffet, and the quality is quite good. This was a pleasant stay.

August 10th is the day for my wife and I to get our marriage certificate. We also chose Pudong Regent Hotel. Sure enough, we were not disappointed. The hotel staff were very professional and friendly. Special thanks to Sheldon, head of Concierge, and Mr. Zhou, head of front office. Then I will recommend more friends to stay. Thank you again for your meticulous care during our stay.
