Location:
The hotel is conveniently located close to the Bund, with the subway just a 10-minute walk away. There’s also a great mall—瑞红天地太阳宫—about 10 minutes away, which offers good restaurants and a supermarket.
Facilities:
The hotel is brand new, with a sleek, cozy, and well-thought-out design throughout, from the foyer to the rooms. There’s a laundry area and a small gym equipped with Technogym machines (a few extra weights would be a nice addition). They clearly didn’t cut corners here! However, I do hope they maintain their attention to detail when repairs are needed. It’s a common issue I’ve noticed: when something is fixed, the repair is often visible, making the space look worn out too quickly. It would be a shame for such a lovely hotel to lose its charm due to careless repairs.
Staff:
The staff are the real highlight! Every team member, from the cleaners to the receptionists, regardless of age, is incredibly helpful and genuinely seems to care about their work. On several occasions, they proactively assisted me, even when I hadn’t asked. Though their English may be limited, they go above and beyond to communicate and help in any way they can.
Food:
The breakfast offers a solid variety of healthy Chinese dishes—exactly what you’d want for a good start to the day.
To sum up:
If you’re in the area for business or leisure and want to avoid the larger, more standardized hotels, this boutique option is an excellent choice. It’s even better if you speak a little Chinese and enjoy Asian cuisine!

Well located near airport in a bar street… aircon did not really cool down the room. Breakfast was quite bad. Both western and Chinese choices …. Room was ok, small terrace was nice. But I do not think that I will come back.

The most comfortable hotel in Pudong area. As soon as you enter the service staff, you will send refreshments, the front desk staff is good, the room facilities are very new, no mosquitoes. Afternoon tea and supper are also very light and intimate. Takeaway delivery is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom facilities are high-end and clean. The details are well done, such as providing a variety of pillow options, smart curtains and high-speed Wi-Fi, and the stay is very comfortable.
The breakfast is rich in variety, the ingredients are fresh, and the Chinese and Western options are exquisite. The restaurant environment is elegant, the waiter will take the initiative to ask about the demand, and the experience exceeds expectations!

Hotel is very convenient and near to shanghai train station (choose 5 exit). But when I enter the room first impressions already spoil. The room got strong smoke smell. After I go reception counter request to change. First day of the night we can't sleep well due to the aircond. The aircond is centralized, so that the reception mention due to recent weather cold so they turn aircond temperature into heater base on season. Third day of staying, due to centralized control, the ventilation reverse the bad smell into my room, so need to request for cleaner to spray refresher all around the room. After complain at fourth day, the room condition is better. Actually is only room problem and other is OK for us. Wish management can try to solve this room problem.

Since we didn't leave Shanghai during the May Day holiday, we made an appointment with friends to go to Songjiang.
The hotel has a great location. There are various restaurants as soon as you go out. The Internet celebrity restaurant Gucang is also next door.
We booked a loft room, which is not in the same building as other rooms. Later we found out that our building should be converted from the previous grain storage tank, which is quite special.
The parent-child room booked by my friend is squarer than the loft, so it feels more spacious. It is also divided into upstairs and downstairs. There will be a place like a small terrace upstairs. If there are many people traveling together and want to get together to chat, the parent-child room is a better choice.
The hotel is generally very good. The young men and women at the front desk are very friendly. Knowing that our group of friends have booked several rooms, they took the initiative to help us arrange them together, which is nice.
