We had an awesome stay!! Winnie checked us in and she was so patient and friendly! She upgraded our room and asked if we need a late check out which is really sweat of her. Room was spacious and the bed was so comfy. Location is very strategic, within walking distance from line 2 metro. Highly recommended!

The hotel upgraded our room to executive and it comes with dinner at their Chinese restaurant. However, we were unable to make it for dinner and they offered to change it to lunch. They sent our luggage up to the room while we enjoyed the lunch. Their services are excellent and they have a counter for parcel collection on behalf of the guest. Even if the parcel arrived earlier than the day we checked into the hotel, they will receive it on behalf based on the guest name. Excellent services! The bed is big and comfortable.

It was out 2nd time staying in this hotel. The room was clean and the service was excellent. Break was delicious with lots of options . Staff were so kind and helpful. The only problem we had was the room temperature.Although the air conditioner was set on 18 degrees, the room was warm.  Overall we enjoyed our stay .

Amazing hotel if you want to stay away from business of the city. We booked premium club room and honestly it was the best option because we had breakfasts , afternoon tea and small dinner buffet with drinks, it was more than enough to make us happy . Special thanks to housekeeping for keeping our room clean and organized. The only thing is English proficiency could be improved of some stuff and maybe proactiveness in services. Anyways we loved it and will come back for sure :)

The hotel was selected because of an event at the Mercedes Arena. The distance is not that near and you will have to walk 20 to 30 minutes. There are no eateries nearby so you will have to rely on room service or hotel restaurants. The buffet breakfast in the morning was very good with many choices

The views from the room and around the hotel are simply breathtaking. Being inside a former quarry transformed into a luxury resort is truly surreal — the combination of nature and modern design is spectacular. This hotel is more than just a place to stay — it’s an experience in itself. I highly recommend it for couples, families, or anyone looking for something special and unforgettable. I stayed at this hotel in June 2024, before the hot summer, with my parents (in their 60s) and my daughter (below 10). This place is quieter than city districts. InterContinental never disappoints. The hotel room we stayed was spacious and clean, the surroundings were nicely decorated with beautiful greeneries 🌳, flowers🌷, fountains ⛲️ and ancient buildings 🏯. My family rented the family bike from the hotel at RMB100 to cycle around the hotel. We took plenty of nice photos!
