Ibis Hotels in Shanghai

The ambiance deserves a solid five stars; it's fantastic and exceptionally clean. Our room was also spacious and bright. Service equally rates five stars. The staff were warm, attentive, and highly responsible in fulfilling all our requests. And the cocktails? Absolutely delicious! The guest rooms were impeccably clean and tidy, no complaints whatsoever. This is definitely my first choice for both business and leisure trips. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is located near exhibition centre and Laya Plaza mall. Has its own parking and 500 m from metro station. The rooms are small but have window and clean. The toilet is equipped with toiletries and clean towels. They hotel offers free Do it your own laundry, dry and ironing service which is great. The breakfast is good although most items are Chinese dishes but salads, eggs, fruits, juice milk and cake can be had by western and other asian non Chinese food eating people. The reception is manned 24 hrs and has luggage storage and outside food order delivery service to room by robot. They have strict checkout policy at 12 otherwise payable by every hour. The hotel is not part of Accor anymore despite the same name and is under H brand of hotels as per reception staff.

The room is big and clean. The breakfast is great. You can use washing machine and dryer for free. No convenient store near the hotel. Some guest smoke in the hotel.

We chose the Ibis hotel for our trip to Disneyland with the kids. It's only one subway stop away, which was incredibly convenient. The front desk staff was very kind; seeing we had two children, they even upgraded our room, making our stay absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, and the kids really enjoyed it! Having a convenience store and restaurants right next to the hotel was super handy. Since we stayed for two consecutive nights, housekeeping also cleaned our room promptly. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again for our next Disneyland visit.

The surroundings are peaceful and pleasant. Convenient, free on-site parking is provided; just remember to use the hotel's private spaces and not the public parking outside. The front desk and floor staff are courteous and polite. The lobby offers several comfortable seating areas for guests to relax or meet. The rooms are clean, with effective air conditioning and spacious bathrooms equipped with a bidet toilet. The subway, bus stops, and a supermarket are all within a 15-minute walk.

Good location, from airport to hotel with metro takes about 1hour 15mins. Washing machine available with free detergent. Pleasant stay.

The room was very clean and tidy. The air conditioning was easy to operate and comfortable. The toiletries and slippers provided were all very well-appointed. There was plenty of free parking available. The breakfast on the first floor offered a wide variety of options. Conveniently, there's a car detailing shop right downstairs, perfect for getting your car washed, tires repaired, and serviced before hitting the road again.

It's really nice to live in! This is a very cost-effective hotel in Shanghai during the National Day period. Sanitary and environmental services are particularly in place. The guys at the front desk are also warm and polite. The hotel has a robot that delivers food, which is very convenient. The staff are also very polite and don't make anyone feel uncomfortable. The transportation is very convenient, with convenience stores, subway stations and bus stations nearby. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Shanghai.

Room was clean, every essential amenities were provided. Service was excellent, all the hotel staff were very nice to us. Location is good, there are many shops and restaurants near here.
