週末到奉賢遊玩，定了這家奉賢開元名庭。到了房間感覺還是蠻驚喜的，設施比較新，房間很大。
入住後發現還是有些細節不到位：
1，馬桶蓋翻下發現是濕的…不知道是工作人員沒擦乾淨，還是擦的時候遺留的水漬。
2，下午小朋友睡午覺，有人敲門。沒有叫客房服務，就沒有理會。然後門鈴響了！繼續敲門。不得已起來開門，還好穿着睡衣，是服務員來送果盤。感覺可以入住時贈送或者稍微晚點，避開午睡這個時間段，畢竟現在帶小朋友遊玩的家庭還是挺多的。還有就是既然敲門沒有人開了，就不必鍥而不捨的繼續按門鈴、繼續敲門了…
3，衞生間的淋雨水龍頭有問題，水打開後因為水壓問題就會扭到一邊，衹能拿在手裡洗，很不方便。
4，床頭窗簾不知道是沒有拉好還是設計有問題，早上陽光正對着眼睛，被亮醒…
5，房間空調開25有點涼，開26就會自動關閉。結果晚上睡覺開了25，半夜裡依然自動關閉了…
6，早飯是真的沒什麼可以吃的…
兩天遇到的前台小姐姐人都很熱情開朗。

積分換的水果，前台表示當天太晚，相關負責的阿姨已經下班，待第二天早上補上，結果第二天根本沒有下文了。責任心有點差，導致體驗一下子就不好了。
