Hotel is close to pearl tower. Staff is very helpful to assist us on every little things like bookings , laundry , food delivery.

Good Place to explore the city ; friendly staff and nice welcoming ; around the corner you find some small restaurants and bars as well , can recommend and would consider for next trip to Shanghai

The hotel is clean and quite nice, but the breakfast taste need to be improve.

The service standards were really good and the staffs from the reception to the cleaners were all friendly and ready to help anytime. Special commendation to Shen Xia who kept our room neat and tidy every day, greeted us every time and was ever ready to help. Rooms are more suitable for biz travellers though as they were rather small and the toilet enclosure was not well soundproofed.

Great location in Pudong. Centrally located near small Chinese restaurants, street food, shopping malls, river (great at night to see across the bund), and subway stations. The area is tranquil and we stayed during May Day holiday. The staff was friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. It is majority Chinese but trust me, even if it’s your first time having a Chinese breakfast, you can try a noodle soup and add your toppings as you wish. We booked a double bed (shown in the first photo) and it was fine for my husband and I to sleep cozily. At home we do have a king size bed but tbh we were only there for a few nights so it was totally fine. The second bedroom picture is for a queen size bed I believe. They showed us in case we wanted to upgrade. That room had a balcony which is nice if you’re staying more than two nights I think.

The room was modern, clean, and with sound control. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Got a room upgrade from the reception upon arrival. New and clean hotel with nice breakfast and high-tech facilities.. like it much!

Receptionist was kind and respectful, cleaner was helpful and eager to help to clean any areas. Whole place looks like in a science fiction movie

I hate it when the first room I get has air-conditioner problem where it leaks water to the whole floor of the room. Second room I get it is upgraded to bigger room as complimentary yet the air conditioner doesn’t work. We bother to ask again so just open the windows for ventilation. Luckily the weather is bit chilly at night in the place so we barely survived the night without proper air conditioning. I would have to say this is below the usual standard that ATour branch often offer. Perhaps this is the economic line for the brand - I would say the price would be the only reason for staying in this hotel.
