I would like to express my appreciation to Tery who provide the best services. plus I like the hot breakfast too.

The scenery of Mekong river was so astonish. It is a good position to watch the sunset in the swimming pool.

Both good and not so good….first the good: nice hotel, room was large and a great view of the river; pool is nice and the staff were generally friendly. The lady was superb as was one of the male front desk reception. The other male (worked the evenings more) never really paid attention to you as he had his head buried in his phone about 95% time…not necessarily unfriendly, but just didn’t really care. They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport, but there’s only one vehicle so it may conflict with the time you need it if someone else is using the service already. The not so good: the location is quite far from the center where most of your time is spent. They do offer a drop off service, but it ends about 5pm-ish so if you’re out for the day and want to return to the Center for a meal then they’ll need to get a Tuk Tuk for you. We ended up renting a motorbike and always had to use TukTuks as we would come back and try to return later for dinner and drinks. Also the breakfast…there is only one option: noodle soup and they’ll give you some fruit. It was okay, but when I paid for breakfast I thought there would at least be another option. Lastly, you can hear everything in the whole place. If other guests are loud (which we had a few), you can hear them quite clearly in your room. Overall, I would not stay again mainly for the location being a bit far from the center. While disappointing, the breakfast wasn’t terrible, just limited.

Disgusting old hotel. It was cold at night and their air condition doesn’t work on hot air. Terrible staff & service. They almost don't speak english. The internet works terrible! Also terrible location. Stay away from this hotel!

Located far from traveler-oriented areas. You need to walk about 30 minutes to get some decent food. The room was never cleaned up during my stay and no free bottles of water or a new set of towels provided. Should I have asked for these services? Expected breakfast buffet, but was given only rice noodle every morning. Neighborhood was very noisy with music and singing every night sometimes even after 11 pm, which drove me crazy.

location is about 2 km from night market but if you need to see the river view, is a good place to stay

The location is far away from the city, in the night terrible noise and loud music from the neighbors， you can not get a good sleep. Not to recommend

English communication with staff is impossible as no one seems to understand any English. The view from the balcony is very beautiful. The breakfast was ok but one menu and same everyday. Many people stays around the lobby area making in and out of hotel uncomfortable.

The location is out of the way from the Old Quarter where all the actions are, but the hotel has a great sunset view of Mekong river. Breakfast was bad as they just served you a bowl of noodles with some fruits and coffee.

-The staffs are very friendly. Even though English is not their first language, they utilize translation app and enjoy the conversation with the guests. Very open-minded. -The room is super clean. -The location is a bit away from the historical area (30mins+ on foot) but you can enjoy the local life along the way to the area. It was my first trip to Laos, and only for two days, but it became a very pleasant stay. Would love to visit again.
