Location of the hotel is very good, pool was fine - not many sun beds but okay. Staff was friendly and helpful. My booking was city view and without asking they gave me garden view, which was much nicer than city view. City view is literally a wall from the next building. My room was much smaller than 30sm mentioned in the booking and it had a strong moldy smell. I guess it came from the old and super noisy AC. The balcony was not even with door , it was more like a window to get out and in my room it was not possible to look it.  Breakfast and restaurant was both very good . Pool restaurant was very good food for a small price.

Avoid this hotel unless you upgrade to their best rooms, or you're a fan of "Prisoner cell block H" Mouldy, dirty walls, out of date air con, minute rooms with hardly a window. Tiny bathroom. Fixtures and fittings from a thrift store. Complaint to reception results in them trying to get more money from you to Upgrade. There are much better hotels for the money. Good location though we moved to one on the next street.

Receptionist very kind allowed us check-in early instead of 2pm since we arrived from Hatyai early morning. Wise location nearby to Khaosan Road, Phra Arthit Pier. Bus stop infront of the hotel you can take local bus to Siam Square and other locations. Recommended. 2nd time stayed on this hotel.

We are old guest here but this time too busy of them . Hope hotel can’t reply back for old guest must better like before.

New Siam II was a great hotel in a nice area of Bangkok. The staff were really friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was a nice swimming pool that caught the sun without being too direct. I really recommend staying here!

The location for this hotel is great, but very disappointing service and amenities. WiFi doesn’t work, nor do keycards or hot water.

Always nice here but it depends which room you get front or back balcony and soft or hard mattress you never know but they are flexible if you sent to change the room. Late check out option is also ideal for 500 baht check out at 6pm.

We stayed at Siam 2 for 2 nights. We enjoyed the proximity to Khaosan road but it was still far enough off so it wasn't loud. The hotel has a pool to cool off and a little restaurant where we enjoyed a coffee. There are many restaurants,bars and a ferry dock close by. If you're looking for a reasonable accommodation price wise Siam 2 is a good choice.

NOT RECOMMEND ROMS IS TO SMOLER SMILES NOT GOOD! Not very clean! Personal is good speak English and friendly. Everything else not recommended SH.
