I would say this place is extremely well located except the room where it seems quite small for the amount of money I've spent.

In the centre of Paris, very polite reception, nice location and will book again in future.

Nothing like the photos. Lift was not working. Tired furniture, carpets. Tiny rooms. Card holder for turning on electricity in room was held together by sellotape

The sanitation is good, and the breakfast is in the basement. It is indeed close to the city center. The room is small, really small, because it is newly renovated and well maintained, there is no smell. The surrounding area is relatively safe, and I have never encountered any thieves. There is a fruit stand at the intersection, and District 1 is very downtown.

The location was very good. The bed, shower, and toilet were clean and very nice. I would like to stay there again if I come to Paris.
