房間挺乾淨的，服務熱情有求必應。每天阿姨都會來問問水夠不夠，需要補充不。早餐也還不錯，就是種類再多點更符合上海特色更好

入住期間清楚記得在酒店丟了一盒香奈兒的眼影，服務員硬説沒找到，入住的時候清楚的記得使用過，然後放在牀頭櫃，退房後讓找就是找不到，奇了怪了！
